It was a good trip. The front desk was friendly. Had to plug in the TV and the lamp on one side of the bed. There was hair on the bathroom floor, but everything else was clean.

The gentleman at the desk when we checked in was very nice and very polite. When we checked out the lady at the desk didn’t even look up when I checked out and asked if there was a bathroom on the this floor. Our bathroom was dirty. Hair in the shower and the floor was dirty. Other than that the bed was nice room seemed clean and the breakfast was good.

It’s fine for a night. The breakfast was lackluster. We booked so the kids could swim in the indoor pool, but they said it was out of order. It was fine at best.

Carpet in room was in desperate need of a cleaning. So dirty it was dark and stained. Breakfast was very good. Keeping the room carpets clean would cause my overall rating to be good to excellent.

The beds were a bit too firm for me but otherwise the accommodations were great. The woman running the breakfast service was amazing, very efficient, and kept everything well stocked.
