Not a "Luxury Suite"

We chose this rental because of the location; it was perfect for visiting family that live locally. It also had secure underground parking which was a big bonus. We took a risk on it as there were no reviews, unfortunately it did not live up to its "luxury" title. The bathrooms were quite tired, there were no bathmats so getting in and out of the bath/shower was dangerous. The towels were barely bigger than a hand towel. The floors throughout were not very clean, lots of dust and hairs. The bed in the master bedroom did not have a fitted sheet on the mattress, just a flat sheet that was not big enough to fit the bed. No wardrobe in bed 2, just a couple of hooks on the back of the door. There were no instructions in the property for guests on anything, including things like rubbish disposal. Overall, we were disappointed in the apartment compared to others we have stayed in.
