La chambre est grande, disposant d'une terrasse mais aurait besoin d' un rafraichissement : moquette tâchée, rideaux déchirés. Restaurant à éviter : le coq au vin est très sec à cause de réchauffements successifs ; les pommes de terre du gratin dauphinois ne sont pas cuites.

Excellent accueil, belle chambre bien équipée Bonne table, patron affable mais ayant un peu tendance à "pousser à la consommation" Petit déjeuner très complet Mais parking pas très accueillant derrière l'hôtel dont l'accès direct dans l'établissement n'est pas visible tant qu'on ne connaît pas

Rien a dire sur la chambre .La restauration nulle
le soir le patron avait trop bu . La restauration est nulle nous commandons une cote de bœuf 10 mn apres il ni avaicplus de cote de bœuf quelques minutes apres il en propose a des clients . Plus de coq au vin a la place il m,a coupe des morceaux de bœuf mis dans la sauce. Nous avons tres mal mange. En plus se disputait avec son cuisinier . Je ne retournerais plus dans vos etablissements

Etape professionnel très agréable grâce aux gérants. Un accueil chaleureux, le surclassement, prise de réservation chez le coiffeur et les conseils sur le choix du restaurant (top, la diligence), on fait de ses deux jours une étape rempli de vie, loin des standards des grandes chaines ;)

Hôtel Gerfaut à Salers.
Nous étions juste de passage à Salers et avions réservé sur internet. Nous avons été très bien accueillis dans cet hotel magnifiquement situé et extrêmement calme. De notre chambre,la vue sur le village etait superbe.Petit déjeuner très complet.Nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner si l'occasion se représente en espèrant un séjour plus long.

Une adresse à retenir
Malgré une pluie omniprésente durant ces deux jours, le séjour fut agréable. Dans un environnement calme, légèrement à l'écart de la ville historique de Salers, cet hôtel est la base idéale pour la visite des nombreux sites environnants. Dommage que le service WiFi soit largement trop faible pour desservir l'ensemble des chambres.

le gerfaut c 'est bien a côté du puiy- mary..
établissement que je recommande le patron , la direction est vraiment à l écoute de ses clients , ils sont vraiment aux petits soins . Rien à dire sur le personnel très serviable et professionnel .. L 'hôtel est propre , bien sur la direction pense à le remodeler , pour le mettre aux gouts d 'aujourd'hui , car l hôtel à le poids des années et des chambres sont déjà en embellissement. Si nous revenons à SALERS , nous reviendrons aux GERFAUT .. Hôtel et Restaurant sympa sans tape à l 'œil .

Une belle étape
Notre étape entre le Jura et Saint Jean de Luz nous a permis de découvrir un magnifique village et de profiter d'un hôtel très accueillant et confortable et surtout d'apprécier une cuisine locale de très bonne qualité

Mercredi vers 17 heures, dépôt de nos bagages à la chambre (accueil moyen) : nous ne prendrons pas de diner. Bel établissement, chambre agréable et très propre, salle de bain et WC impeccables. Visite de Salers, nous revenons vers 19 heures. Retour à la chambre. A 21H40 : coup de fil de la réception -surprenant- trois questions : - à quel nom était réservée la chambre - à quelle heure avez-vous pris la clé de la chambre - à quelle heures êtes-vous rentrés. Nous regardions la télé mais, imaginez des personnes fatiguées qui à cette heure seraient couchées......... Surprenant. Départ le lendemain vers 9 heures : plus d'amabilité à la réception. Hôtel à conseiller.
