This one-bedroom, in a quiet apartment building, is perfect for a single professional or couple. It has a queen sized memory foam bed, a sexy window shower, and a stylish dining area.
Plenty of dishes and linens for your needs. There is a starter set of coffee and tea, as well as some small meal and snack items in the cupboard.

You’ll be given a personal code to the front door, and another code to the apartment.
It is unlikely that you will see us, unless requested, though we live in the area and can assist with any supply or maintenance needs. Just a quick message away.
This building was rebuilt from the ground up in 2020. Some of the neighboring buildings are a bit rundown. The people there are friendly, and we’ve never had an issue with safety. There are just other landlords in the area who don’t have the same eye for detail that our building has.

There are spaces for four compact cars behind the building. There is also on-street parking.
This apartment is ideally for traveling professionals. In accordance with our agreement with the management company, upon booking we will also ask you for your ID, your email address, and to sign a Temporary Occupancy Agreement.
Mail and packages are delivered to this address, but we really advise that you set up a PO Box at the Post Office or the UPS Store instead.
The TV is a ROKU, which means you can stream Netflix, HBOMax, Hulu, etc, using your OWN accounts.
This is a safe area of town, but it is in a capital city. That means that you may hear normal city noises, like homeless people, traffic, garbage trucks, a train, or aircraft. We do provide earplugs for this reason.
This is a building of eight apartments. There are five (unassigned) parking spots in the back of the apartment. You’re welcome to park there, if there’s room. Otherwise, unreserved on-street parking is available.
There is a coin laundry setup in the basement.
