This place truly needs a serious upgrade. Had to change my room twice due to the smell of cigarette smoke. Toilet is too small. No lounging chair so I could relax.

I still want to speak to the owner of this hotel.
This place is super sketch at best. I told them they need to improve on the quality of the stays. I found a roach in my bed sheets and ask for new sheets and a vaccum. No discounts or refunds or anything for cleaning my own room. Which had multiple dead water bugs when I checked in too. They claim outside coming in but this company is making 70 a night per room so they definitely can afford to spray or put down some bug killer. Nextly had to ask for toilet paper, windows are filthy, pool is not clean and yes the property is dated but the owner can address many of the cleaning issues by paying someone to clean properly. People are living on site and they need to be checked out too how clean they are or are not. I’m a cleaning lady and landlord and most of the issues they have can be solved by just doing the work to make it a better experience for customers. It would be worth more money a night if they actually spent the time to CLEAN the property.

The experience was exactly what I expected given the price of this hotel. Everything in the room that was fabric was very dated ie the bedding, curtains and carpet. The furniture was more modern as was the bathroom vanity. The room had large stains on the carpet and smelled of mildew. Overall it wasn't a bad experience, especially when factoring in the price. I think anything under $80 per night is fair, but if I had paid more, I would have been disappointed.

The place is very hard to find, there are rental yrucks in front of it. It is very old, locks on doors did not inspire any safety. Turned the sink water on, got BROWN water pouring out fir the first 30 seconds. This really turned me off to tge idea of a nice shower. The pool was advertized, but closed until May 29th.

The staff was pleasant and location convenient. We did not see bed bugs; however, the room was disgusting and not safe. There were dead roaches, bugs, and worms all over the room's floor- in the open, under the beds, against the walls. The chain for the door had a broken link and the chain slide port was missing two of the four screws. I watched a 5-year-old open the door with the chain on, and the whole mechanism burst open. Luckily I had brought additional locks and jambs with me, or we couldn't have slept here. There was no alternative and no way to switch rooms due to the eclipse. Absolutely disgusting and very poor condition.
