Ellicottville Chalet & Cottage House with 7 bedrooms total! The main chalet has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The cottage house has 3 bedrooms and one full bathroom. Our property is perfect for hosting 4 families, large groups or 5 couples with each having the privacy of their own bedroom. 25 year old min renter age and 18 guests maximum please. Beds: 1 King, 3 Queen, 1 Full and 8 twins. AWD is strongly recommended in the winter.

Self check-in and check-out. We are available by message, text and phone. We are only 10 minutes away if needed.

Secluded lot only 4 miles from Ellicottville village. There are also 6+ state parks within 10 miles for many outdoor activities.

Guests are the only people on the entire property.

The entire place is yours. Our chalet and cottage house is fully equipped with linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, fully stocked kitchen, Keurig, regular coffee maker, ground coffee and Keurig cups. We have a ping pong table, foosball table, and 4 TVs. We also have 2 sets of cornhole and a grill.
During your stay at this chalet, you'll be close to HoliMont. Laundry facilities are available.

Our family spent a couple days on your beautiful property. It was perfect for our group of 20 – plenty of sleeping space for all. The kitchen and bathrooms are extremely clean and had everything we needed. The property itself was spacious. We enjoyed s’mores by the fire, dancing in the gazebo, as well as yard games! We highly recommend!
