Gute Lage und große Villa - Minuspunkte in der Sauberkeit und der Instandhaltung
Das Haus von Gerard ist super gelegen, nah am Stadtzentrum und auch die Strände sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte einige Renovierungsarbeiten gebrauchen. Wir hatten leider keine Außenbeleuchtung, keine Poolbeleuchtung und den Grill, den Gerard uns noch zur Verfügung gestellt hatte, konnten wir leider nicht benutzen, da wir ihn durch Kurzschlüsse nicht anmachen konnten. Auch die Sauberkeit bei unserer Ankunft ließ zu wünschen übrig, aber alles in allem haben wir unseren Familienurlaub genossen.

Villa très agréable au calme avec point de vue et belle piscine entretenue
Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette grande et agréable maison située dans les hauteurs de sainte maxime dans un domaine résidentiel calme Il faut donc monter une belle cote pour accéder à la maison mais cela vaut le coup Les chambres sont grandes presque toutes climatisées La piscine est grande et les équipements de jardin sont neufs Peu de moustiques et guêpes mais pas mal de fourmis Pour dire les axes d’amélioration : certains équipements de cuisine sont à remplacer : poubelle, verres courants Il manquait une manique pour le four et des épingles à linge Mais c’est vraiment pour dire que tout n’était pas parfait mais presque Donc location à recommander

La maison salle, une toilette inutilisable, pas de climatisation dans toutes les chambres.bel piscin
Pas d’état des lieux à l’arrivée, donc nous avons était surpris car la maison n’avait pas été nettoyer. (Photos prises). Il y avait passablement de choses qui ne fonctionnaient pas mais notre hôtesse nous a pas aidé et ne répondait pas à nos demandes.tres déçue! Beaucoup trop cher pour ce que ce logement offre. Nous avons passé une deuxième semaine dans une villa avec vue et piscine pour le même prix et elle était propre et neuve et tout fonctionnait avec un propriétaire disponible! Point positif: piscine et grandeur du logement

Schöne Villa, gute ruhige Lage, mit dem Auto kurze Wege zu Strand, Supermarkt, Restaurants
Schönes Haus, Mobiliar nicht mehr taufrisch aber funktionsfähig. Absolut ruhig gelegen und trotzdem alles schnell erreichbar - wer Steigungen nicht scheut, kann Strand, Supermarkt, Restaurants auch zu Fuß erreichen. Schöner Pool. Vermieter sehr freundlich, beantwortet alle Anfragen sehr schnell, aber nur auf englisch oder französisch. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut in Ordnung.
