Very beautiful villa with garden and superb view of the Mediterranean and the Gulf of Saint Tropez, the house is quiet, out of sight, with swimming pool, and with an area of approximately 155 m², on 3 levels

The house: 3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, each giving access to a balcony with sea view or overlooking the garden or the swimming pool; for your storage you can use a dressing room upstairs. 2 shower rooms, 1 bathroom 3 WCs, 1 dining room and open fitted kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer) complete the villa. Large living room with TV and beautiful sea and garden view with WEBER electric barbecue and garden furniture.

The terraces: the 4 bedrooms each have their terrace or balcony, a covered terrace is also available, near the dining room, a last terrace is in front of the living room and overlooks the garden. All terraces are oriented sea view.

The beach: easy access to a large sandy beach (Nartelle beach), directly by the estate (so no parking problem)

The swimming pool: approximately 6x4 meters, in patterned tiling, in the middle of the vegetation and completely hidden from view. A covered terrace and a shower area are nearby.

Sur la maison que des compliments, emplacement et vue magnifique. Bien que nous avons pu accéder le logement avant l’heure, l’accueil a été peu chaleureux car nous sommes arrivés en retard. Trop rapide, et sans explications; la dame a été pressée et limite énervée à cause de notre retard. La propreté laisse à désirer, mais cela nous a pas gâché notre arrivé et séjour. Mauvaise surprise, l’eau de la piscine a été tournée et verte, pendant deux jours inutilisable. Nous avons attendu un geste ou petit message d’excuse de la part du propriétaire, rien.

Beautiful villa and excellent host
The villa was excellent and very well maintained. We received the key and the instructions from a very helpful lady. It is in a lovely neighborhood and the view from the garden was exceptional. The bedrooms are divided over the house and all have perfectly working airconditioning. Many thanks to the owner for a very pleasant stay. We certainly will consider staying here again.

A beautifull and wonderfull place to stay. Walking distance to Monaco and the lovely beach, that also has a beachclub. Big plus with a garage. The house has everything you need and beautifull styling. We would like to come back.

Das Haus liegt in der Domaine Nattelle eingebettet in wunderschöne Natur und mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf das Meer. Wir hatten dort einen tollen Aufenthalt und wären am liebsten geblieben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Villa Saint-Maxieme
Zeer mooie woning met fantastisch uitzicht, rustige omgeving. Enkel minpuntjes voor ons, er is wifi aanwezig maar 0,7Mbit upload en 1,3Mbit download is aan de lage kant voor deze tijd. De bedden waren voor ons iets te smal en te harde en dunne matras. Zeer goede werkende airco op alle slaapkamers. Het huis ligt op een heuvel maar om toegang te krijgen moet je wat trappen af, wat minder leuk was met de koffers bij aankomst en vertrek. Mooi zwembad, maar fris, er is geen afdekzeil, dus het koelt 's nacht en met Mistral fel af en er valt dan veel vuil in van de omliggende bomen. Onderhoud van het zwembad komt maar 1 x per week, geen zwembadrobot of onderhoudsprodukten ter beschikking. We hadden een aangename vakantie , zonder deze minpuntjes voor ons was het helemaal top geweest

Ruhige Lage mit Meerblick
Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Lage am Hang mit Meerblick, man braucht dafür aber ein Auto. Sehr schöner Pool, der einmal in der Woche gepflegt wird. Gute Ausstattung der Küche mit Geschirr, Wasserkocher, Waschmaschine usw. Die Schlafräume sind relativ klein, die Betten schmaler als gewohnt. Die 2 Schlafzimmer oben teilen sich eine Toilette und ein davon getrenntes Bad mit Wanne. Hier gibt es leider keine Duschabtrennung an der Wanne! Die Matratzen sind gut, eher hart. Auf der überdachten Terrasse kann man super im Schatten frühstücken. Es gibt 4 verstellbare Liegen, die anderen nicht einstellbaren Liegen sind sehr unbequem. Es ist kein super Luxushaus (es gibt kleine Schönheitsfehler, teils Ikeaausstattung) aber sehr empfehlenswert.
