Great complete house!
Super nice house and owners. Complete inventory with lots of nice details to complete the experience in and around the house. Great outside spaces for dinners and morning breakfasts. Plenty of relax places/chairs to enjoy a drink and watch the sunsets. Double beds in groud floor bedrooms are on the small side for two big grown persons. Only thing that was missing was a sea view but that was compensated by a nice sized pool and beautiful hillside scenery. You can walk to the beach but it is a 20 min walk downhill and maybe a bit more uphill. Make sure to book the whole house or you may end up with guests in the separate basement apartment and then have to share the beautiful pool :) Overall, a great beautiful house for a relaxed vacation in a quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful Sainte Maxime villa
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa.... the villa is very well appointed with everything you could possibly need for a summer holiday. The garden area is really lovely with lots of space for everyone to relax and plenty of loungers to sunbathe. Our kids loved the pool! Inside the villa is very comfortable and very well furnished. The villa is in an ideal location, nice and quiet with easy access to the main town and nearby beaches. We would definitely love to stay at this villa again.

Another Day in Paradise
Jeden Morgen wenn wir vom Bett aus in den fantastischen, tropischen Garten geblickt haben musste ich sagen: „ Another Day in Paradise“. —— Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von unseren beiden Gastgebern freundlich empfangen und beim ersten Rundgang alles erklärt (Gartenbeleuchtung etc.). Das fantastische Anwesen ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und der tolle Garten und die Poollandschaft lädt, an verschiedenen Orten, zum verweilen ein. Das Haus ist ebenfalls liebevoll und mit allem was man irgendwie benötigen könnte bereits ausgestattet. Während unserem Aufenthalt hat sich der Vermieter auch immer um die Anlage und den Pool gekümmert. Für uns war dieser Urlaub 14 Tage Erholung pur! Herzlichen Dank liebe Véronique und Jean-François Wir werden sehr gerne wieder kommen!

Séjour très agréable et reposant
Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable avec nos enfants (adultes) dans cette oasis de calme. Comme un ami de notre fils était également avec nous, le petit appartement individuel s'est avéré très pratique. De cette façon, chacun avait son propre espace. Les nombreuses chaises longues différentes nous ont également donné l'occasion de nous retirer de temps en temps. La piscine est très accueillante et donne une ambiance caribéenne avec une grande attention portée aux détails. Nous avons préparé de bons repas dans la cuisine, nous y avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin. (J'adore cet évier !) Il faut cependant savoir qu‘on a besoin d'une voiture pour tout, car la maison est située loin du centre. Ce qui a comme avantage que c'est très calme, presque aucune voiture ne passe. Se rendre à Ste Maxime en voiture ne pose aucun problème, car il y a un grand parking à proximité de tout. On doit absolument prévoir une excursion à Port Grimaud et à Grimaud (château et vieille ville). Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé une semaine très agréable ici et nous ne pouvons que recommander la maison. Le propriétaire, qui est passé une fois pour s'occuper de ses plantes, est très sympathique. On sent que lui et son épouse ont mis beaucoup d'amour dans la décoration de leur belle maison. Félicitations pour le résultat et merci de nous avoir accueillis.

Inutile de chercher plus loin, vous avez trouvé la perle rare. Magnifique maison, décorée avec goût, jardin luxuriant superbement entretenu. Bel espace piscine. Située dans un quartier tranquille, loin du brouhaha et du traffic de la ville mais néanmoins à 5 minutes en voiture du centre ainsi que de la plage de la Nartelle. Véronique et Jean-François sont des hôtes attentionnés et leur accueil est chaleureux. J'y retournerai très volontiers.

Merveilleux séjour - Oasis cachée
Nous étions surpris en arrivent chez Jean François et Véronique, couple charmant, extrêmement agréable et accueillant. Leur villa, c'est un endroit magique, un havre de paix, je dirais un "oasis cachée". Une propriété bordée d'arbres, une grande variété de plantes, un jardin de rêve et une superbe piscine chauffée nous attendait. Proche de toutes les commodités, de belles plages, du centre ville et des villes phares comme Saint Tropez, Port Grimaud. Une vue exceptionnelle du Golfe de Saint Tropez. La maison est tellement bien entretenue par les soins des propriétaires, à qui je félicite de la façon dont ils s'en occupent. Nous avons passés des moments magiques dans cet endroit qui a une âme, une histoire.. .. Je conseille vivement la Villa de Jean François et Véronique. Enttäuscht
Es fing damit an, dass das Haus nur 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder hat, nicht, wie angegeben 4 SZ und 3 Bäder. Nach Reklamation wurde uns gesagt, wir wären ja nur zu fünft, dann reiche das doch. So hatten wir aber nicht gebucht. Wir haben für 4 + 3 bezahlt, so wie es im Angebot steht. Es wurde uns dann eine Kellerwohnung angeboten. Wir lehnten ab. Einmal war das Wasser kalt, obwohl nur 3 Personen geduscht hatten. Uns wurde dann gesagt, am anderen Tag wäre das Wasser ja wieder warm. Die Dusche im Master Badezimmer lief in der 2. Woche nicht mehr ab und war verstopft, so standen wir beim Duschen immer im Wasser. Die Toilettenspülung blieb öfters hängen, sodaß man den Deckel abnehmen musste und den Hebel im Spülkasten manuell betätigen musste. In der Dusche lösen sich die Bodenfliesen, sodaß man immer Fugenmaterial an den Zehen hatte. Der Pool wurde vom Besitzer in der ersten Woche noch gereinigt in der 2. Woche nur einmal am Montag, die restliche Woche nicht mehr, sodaß ein öliger Film auf dem Wasser war. Die Küche fand ich sehr spärlich mit alten Küchenutensilien gefüllt. Einmal fiel aufgrund eines Unwetters der gesamte Strom aus und auf meine mehrmaligen Anfrage per SMS erhielten wir nach 2 Stunden die Antwort, dass die Tochter vorbeikäme, um die Sicherung wieder einzusetzen, weil er selbst nicht in der Nähe war. Aufgrund der Lage in einem Wohngebiet lief mindestens einmal täglich bei einem der zahlreichen Nachbarn ein Laubsäger oder eine Heckenschere, was sehr, sehr störend war. Es ist ohne Zweifel ein schönes Haus, aber für den Preis und unter der Bezeichnung "Luxusvilla" stellen wir uns etwas anderes vor. Zumindest sollte man bei Anfragen der Mieter freundlich und hilfsbereit sein. Hier hatte man den Eindruck, man wäre einfach nur lästig, zumal es sich um berechtigte Reklamationen handelte.

Petit paradis à Sainte-Maxime, avec jardin et piscine de rêve, très bien entretenus par le propriétaire lui-même 2-3 fois/sem. (ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas lors de locations). En cas de petits soucis, réponse immédiate des propriétaires. Absolument à recommander!!
