Relaxing Week
Lovely secluded spot to enjoy the lovely town of Saint-Maxime. There was a great outdoor space for you to enjoy and the property was well equipped. Tennis, swimming pool and boulle all very close by. Very nice stay!

The property is in a beautiful, peaceful neighbourhood. There are many facilities for swimming, tennis etc. We enjoyed the restful atmosphere very much The house had all the equipment we needed and we ate out in the sunshine on the deck most nights. A joyful holiday, thankyou Sylvie.

Second year and just as good! Lovely lovely house with so much attention to detail. There is everything you could possibly want. Gardens immaculate and pool is super clean.short morning stroll to the boulangerie. 25mins walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Would love to go again next year. Thank you Sylvie so much xx

Fantastic villa well equipped, the shared grounds with tennis courts swimming pools boules & table tennis are really nice. Pine trees all around gives a pleasant view and relaxing atmosphere. It's far enough away from the main road to be quiet and very convenient location a few minutes drive to town, the supermarket & aqualand. Take the ferry to StTropez & Port Grimaud,

Dies war der 2.Aufenthalt im Haus von Mme.Berthelot! Meine überaus positive Bewertung aus dem letzten Jahr kann ich nur noch einmal bekräftigen. Das Haus ist geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet,voll umfänglich ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. Ich kann es zu 100% empfehlen!

Alles super!
Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Selbst Tennisschläger, Poolspielzeug, Fahrräder etc. Wasch-/Spülmaschine funktionieren tadellos. Der Pool ist groß und sauber und ein Babybecken gibt es auch.

Nice place in a tiny little forest
We had a good week in the house. Everything we needed was there. It was very clean and we had a lot of shade outside. If you like sunbathing the whole day You probably should go to the pool which is roughly 100-200 meters away. You can play tennis, table tennis or Pétanque without any reservation. Nice beaches are only a 10 minutes drive away and we recommend to go there. Supermarket only 5 minutes. You can sit back and relax or enjoy the vibrant Saint-Maxime life if you like, so a good mix!

Ein sehr schönes Haus, in guter Lage um alle sehenswerten Orte in der Nähe zu erreichen. Es war ruhig in der Anlage und man hatte den Pool, sowie den Tennisplatz für sich alleine. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Nette Anbauwohnung mit wunderschöner Terrasse in ruhiger Hanglage, dies trotz einer starkbefahrenen Strasse circa 1 km entfernt. Kueche komplett ausgestattet mit genuegend Geschirr. INsgesamt koennen wir diese Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Superbe !
Superbe résidence au cœur d’une pinède au calme, avec vue dégagée depuis la terrasse sans vis-à-vis. Le logement est fonctionnel, chacun a son intimité. Il donne l’impression de faire plus de 75 m2 et l’intérieur est cosy, on s’y sent bien. Bien placé enfin pour découvrir la région. Vivement recommandé !

Total nettes und gemütliches Haus in ruhiger Residenz
Wir haben eine sehr entspannte Woche in Sylvies Haus verbracht. Als Reihenendhaus schön gelegen unter großen, schattenspendenden Pinien. Das Haus ist supergemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Toller Außenbereich mit vielen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Pool und Tennisplatz sind 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt am gegenüber Hang, auf dem Weg kommt man am Petanqeplatz und der Tischtennisplatte vorbei. Für alles sind Schläger, Bälle und Kugeln im Haus vorhanden, außerdem 5 Fahrräder zur freien Benutzung. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft und eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Très bon séjour aux Restanques. Une semaine de calme et de tranquillité sous les pins parasols dans une petite villa de qualité à deux pas de la piscine, court de tennis et terrain de pétanque. Bon accueil et bien renseigné sur la région.

Ich habe Ende Sptember 2023 zwei wundervolle Wochen in Mme.Berthelots Domizil verbracht. Das Haus versprüht eine warme,herzliche Atmosphäre und ist mehr als umfassend ausgestattet...ein idealer Ort,um die Ruhe der Anlage mit der charmanten Lebhaftigkeit von Ste.Maxime zu kombinieren!!! Auch der Service vor Ort durch Mme.Sandrine war kompetent und herzlich. Ich kann dieses Objekt nur empfehlen und freue mich auf ein Wiedersehen !!!

Toller Urlaub an der Côte d‘Azur
Das nette und gut eingerichtete Ferienhaus war für uns ein sehr gutes Domizil während unseres 14tägigen Aufenthalts in Südfrankreich. Das Haus verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer, einem Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer sowie eines kleinen Klos. Darüberhinaus hat das Reihenendhaus über eine großzügige Terrasse mit Essgarnitur sowie einer Sitzgarnitur und Sonnenliegen. Ein Gasgrill steht auch zur Verfügung. Zudem gibt es einige Tennis-/ Tischtennisschläger und Bällen. Boule Kugeln sowie 5 Fahrräder stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist inmitten eines Pinienwalds und bietet an heissen Sommertagen viel Schatten. Außerdem gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe 2 Pools sowie einen Tennisplatz zur freien Verfügung, falls frei Die Abwicklung durch Sandrine war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Bei Problemen wurde sofort und kompetent geholfen. Auch im Vorfeld konnte einfach und unkompliziert Anfragen an Sylvie gestellt werden. Rundherum waren wir sehr zufrieden

Einfach nur gut
Wir haben die 2 Wochen in diesem Haus und der Anlage sehr genossen. Das Haus war wie beschrieben und sehr schön und ruhig. Schöne Terrasse unter grossen Pinienbäumen. Wir hatten wirklich alles was man braucht. ( auch Tennis, Tischtennis Schläger waren vorhanden, ganz zu scheigen von den 4 Bikes ) Guter, freundlicher Kontakt. Gepflechter Pool und Tennis Platz. Boule und Tischtennisplatte waren auch vorhanden und immer wieder gerne benutzt. Es war ein schöner Urlaub und das Haus sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank
