We rent the villa for 12 people, the indoor and outdoor tables can accommodate 12 guests.
On the other hand, we have 14 beds and we can rent the villa for 14 people if there are small children.

Family house of 350 m² without vis-à-vis combines the charm of Rétais with contemporary style with landscaped garden, swimming pool, patio and private parking and garage.

The villa is very well equipped inside and out.

The large living room of 80 m² is bathed in light thanks to its triple exposure as well as its sliding doors opening directly onto the garden.
- The house is in two bedroom areas with in the center, entrance, living room/kitchen, laundry room and WC.

- When entering on your left you will go down four small steps which is part of the charm of our Villa.

- You arrive in a large living room of 80M2 where you will find the living room, the dining room and an open kitchen with a very contemporary central island.

Night space on the left side:
- 3 spacious Suites of 25 to 30 m2.

- 2 suites: Each of them has its double bed (160), its dressing room, its bathroom, WC and direct access to the garden or an interior patio.
- 1 suite with a double bed (160), and 2 beds (90), a bathroom, WC and dressing room with patio access.

Night space on the right side:

– 3 spacious Suites from 25 to 30 m2.

Great holiday
The villa was exactly as described and perfect for us a family of 12 with a wide age range. The local village is a very pleasant cycle ride away and would recommend bike hire. Peaceful location and lovely pool. Owner and cleaner very helpful. Thoroughly recommend this villa.

Cette demeure est une superbe opportunité dans sa localisation sa conception son orientation et son environnement reposant. L'intérieur, très spacieux, séduit par sa décoration originale et raffinée, le tout en très bon état, aménagements, literies, mobiliers, cuisine très équipée accessoires, plancha… Il ne manque rien. L'extérieur, lieu de rendez-vous pour jouer se baigner bronzer ou partager les repas sous l'ombre des parasols, tout ici a été pensé pour le bien être des vacanciers. Les propriétaires y sont très attentifs. Une personne mandatée pour l'arrivée et le départ nous reçoit, ayant le sens de l'accueil, bienveillante, appliquée à répondre à nos questions et nous faire découvrir la villa, nous apporter la meilleure qualité de services pour notre séjour. Oui, la beauté de cette ile est dans ses plages ses paysages paisibles mais aussi dans l'accueil de nos hôtes, des habitants et commerçant iliens. Ils en sont le cœur et l'âme. Merci infiniment à vous.

Un paradis
La maison est très grande et offre un espace et un confort bien pensés. Chaque chambre est meublée avec goût et vous vous sentirez chez vous dès le premier jour. Les installations sont parfaites. Que ce soit dans la cuisine, le salon ou les chambres et salles de bain ; rien ne manque. Le jardin avec plantes, fleurs et arbres, la piscine et les nombreuses chaises longues permettent une sensation d'isolement Le service est unique, rapide et simple. Il n'est qu'à quelques pas de la plage. Dans de nombreux villages, il y a des marchés quotidiens vendant des fruits et légumes frais, des produits de boulangerie et des produits laitiers, du vin et des spiritueux et de nombreux autres accessoires et vêtements. Il existe de nombreux bons restaurants avec un personnel amical et tous les goûts seront satisfaits.

Große Villa mit sehr schönem Pool
Ein sehr geräumiges Haus, sehr schön und offen zugeschnitten, mit einem sehr schönen Pool. Ideal für einen Urlaub mit Freunden/mehreren Familien. Wir haben dort tolle 2 Wochen mit 3 Familien (6 Kinder) gehabt. Die Insel ist ein ruhiges Paradies mit einem tollen Klima. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett und unkompliziert und die Übergabe verlief reibungslos. Jederzeit wieder, merci beaucoup!!

cool avec de l'espace!
Grande maison avec espaces parfaitement indépendants et complets: chambre + dressing + sdb + toilettes. Les extérieurs sont parfaits pour les terrasses + piscine + stationnements; La mer est à 150 mètres ( environ ) et audible de la maison.... L'environnement est calme et sécure. Pas de remarque négative !!

Magnifique villa pour grands groupes
Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle dans cette villa. Elle est très spacieuse et agréable. Très grand et lumineux séjour, chambres spacieuses et très bien insonorisées. Chaudement recommande pour passer des vacances en famille ou entre amis.

Schitterend verblijf MAAR ...
Schitterend gelegen, goed uitgerust en veel ruimte. Comfortabel verblijf, ook met kleine kindjes (3 en 7 maand). Waarschuwing: we vertrouwen de eigenares niet. Weinig of geen briefing bij begin van het verblijf (door de schoonmaakster). Achteraf reparatie voorgeschoteld gekregen ad ca 450 euro van zwembadrobot die volgens ons de hele week niet heeft gefunctioneerd en al voor onze aankomst was beschadigd. Bovendien, we moesten op zaterdag al om 9u vertrekken, terwijl de website 10u aangeeft, terwijl we pas om 17u konden inhuizen de week voordien (website zegt 15u), maar dat werd alsnog met de schoonmaakster soepel opgelost. In de loop van de week kregen we ook bezoek van een schuldeiser van de familie Taveau (zo deed die zich toch voor), dat gaf ons geen prettig gevoel. Suggestie: degelijke briefing (ook over het zwembad) vragen bij aankomst om verrassingen bij vertrek te vermijden. Familie Torfs
