T2 of 40 m². Calm. Comfort. Kitchen open to the dining room equipped with a ceramic hob with 2 burners, microwave, dishwasher, television. Independent bedroom with 1 double bed + TV. Bathroom (bath) electric towel dryer, washing machine, separate WC. Garden furniture (table and 4 chairs).
Shared courtyard with another tenant.

Animals not accepted.

A deposit of 375 euros will be required at the entrance of the premises, it will not be cashed but returned at the exit in case of no damage.

Trop bruyant
Impossible de manger dehors proche locale poubelle.. voisin habitant a l'année a l'étage du dessus trop de bruit (ont entend marcher bruit des chaises eaux et autres ). ménage hum chambre poussière table de chevet plus petite lampe. Le logement correspond aux photos de l'annonce. L'hôte nous a transmis le code pour les clés, donc pas d'inquiétude pour l'arrivée à heure précise ! Elle nous a proposé de quitter les lieux plus tard si on le souhaité ! Nous reviendrons !

Acceuille choccante.
C'etait une histoire incroyable: Nous avons réservé et payé tout pour l'appartement du 12 - 24 juin 2023 déjà en janvier. Avant notre départ nous avons écrit, que nous arriverons le 12 juin vers 19:00, parce qu'on voyage avec le traffic puplique. La réponse de Mme Illien était: Vous devez arriver juste à 16:00, autrement je vais storner votre réservation. Puis nous l'avons appeler, que ce n'est pas possible pour nous et quand on fait la réservation, c'était écrit de l'organosation FeWo - direct.de check in a partir de 16:00 (allemend: ab 16:00). Mme Illien n'était pas d'accord et très antipathique. En ce cas on a décidé de passer une nuit dans un hôtel à La Rochelle pour pouvoir arriver le lendemain (13 juin) juste à 16:00. On a fait commeça. Mmw Illien était là et nous a fait entrer dans l'appartement. Le sol était encore humide du nettoyage. Elle voulait notre payement toute-de-suite. Mais voyant que dans les lits manquait les draps on a protesté. De nulle part c'était écrit de devoir les emporter. Elle voulait qu'on loue les draps d'une entreprise inconnue de nous (à pied environ 1 h) et sans les draps on n'a pas payé. Pendant ce disput on a téléfoné avec FeWo-direct.de mais on n'a pas pu nous aider. On nous a seulement promis de chercher pour nous un autre appartement pour le lendemain. Pendant ce temps, Mme Illien a mis tout nos bagages devant la porte, a fermé l'appartement et elle est partie en voiture plein de colère et nous avons passé le séjour dans un camping.

À fuir - propriétaire non respectueux des règles et non communicatif
Aucune communication, aucune organisation, ils ont tardé à m’envoyer les instructions de remises des clés, il fallait aller les chercher chez eux en dehors de l’île de re, à 30minutes. Ils demandent un chèque de caution de 200€ sans faire d’état des lieux, ni de sortie et ils ne renvoie pas le chèque de caution. Une réclamation a été effectuée auprès de Abritel car ils n’ont pas respecté les conditions générales de Abritel. De plus, il y a des fourmis dans le logement, le joint du meuble vasque ne tient plus et ils ne signalent pas à l’entrée.

Pas de réponse par mail du propriétaire suite à la réservation.l argent étant débité nous partons et appelons le propriétaire sur la route et découvrons qu il a annulé la réservation au dernier moment.... comment est ce possible.?Mme Pacaud

Rapport qualité prix très correct, logement très bien équipé. Propre. J’ai dû aller chercher les clés chez le propriétaire et les rapporter, ce qui est peu courant, il m’avait demandé si je pouvais, c’était sur mon chemin donc pas de problème mais surprenant depuis le temps que je loue, c’était une première. Pas d’état des lieux, mais demande de caution….j’attends mon retour de chèque dans quelques jours.

sejour agreable probleme pour se stationner independant de votre volonte
GITE bien pourvu en electromenager et vaisselle sauf les verres tannes ou ebreches literie confortable mais pas de proteges matelas tres dommage surtout en cette periode pas d etat des lieux a l arrivee mais cheque de caution 375 e laisse au bon vouloir du proprietaire merci pour les 2 reductions sur des prochains sejours bon we mm tricot

Un bel espace à vivre dans un coin de paradis, idéal pour souffler, prendre l'air et se vider la tête. Sans Wifi et un réseau TV limité, mais l'île, la nature et tous ces trésors vous attendent. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse.

Quartier très calme, bien situé. Petit plus : box privatif pour ranger les vélos. studio très bien équipé en électroménager, batterie de cuisine et vaisselle ; peut-être une suggestion pour compléter : rajouter une bouilloire et un grille pain. Petits bémols, la "courette" à partager avec les voisins, le bruit (appartement du dessus) et l'humidité (mauvaise odeur dans la chambre notamment).
