Villa Les Lucioles - Four Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 9

Ideal vacation home for a stay with family or friends in Martinique. Indeed, it is located in a quiet residential area (area with code gate) of the town of Sainte-Luce (south Martinique) only 300m from the beach of Anse Mabouya.

This villa has been renovated in May 2022 (living room, dining room, kitchen, new decoration, new bedding, 3 new bathrooms) and has just been rented.
The villa has 4 beautiful bedrooms, air-conditioned, each with a private bathroom (shower and sink). In addition you will have a fifth bathroom with bathtub (no sink) and toilet, as well as an independent toilet.

- room 1 : king size bed (180), bathroom with sink, toilet and shower
- room 2 : 2 beds 90*190, bathroom with shower and sink
- room 3 : queen size bed (160), bathroom with shower and sink
- room 4 : queen size bed (160), bathroom with shower and sink

Please note that a ninth person can be accommodated. An 80*200cm extra bed (with a real mattress and a real bed base) can be installed for a supplement of 15€/night.

In room 1 you can enjoy a sea view, as well as in the kitchen and on a part of the terrace.

The living room is bright and friendly, it even has an office space, convenient for telecommuting. The kitchen is open to the living room and has everything you need to cook (microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, blender, citrus press...)

On the terrace you will appreciate the different spaces offered: a beautiful round table for meals, a garden lounge with hanging armchair, a second near the plancha 3 gas fires. On the terrace you can enjoy beautiful sunsets on the morne larcher and the lady lying. You will also have the pleasure to see hummingbirds during the day and fireflies at night.

Below is a salt water pool (8m*4m) with four deckchairs and two chiliennes. The whole house is framed by a garden with many tropical fruit trees (mango, papaya, soursop). You can park at least one vehicle inside the villa (it is also possible to park outside the villa for free). All the garden is fenced and the villa is accessible through a secure gate.

Free baby equipment: baby bed with mosquito net kit, mattress and bed linen, high chair, stroller, potty, changing mat and baby dishes (plates, bowls, cups and cutlery)

The villa is located at :
- 300m from Anse Mabouya, a beautiful white sandy beach, shaded, transparent waters; From this beach you can take the coastal path that joins the other beaches of Sainte-Luce (corps de garde, gros raisin...)
- 7 minutes from the town of Sainte Luce (restaurants, market, bank, bakery, mini-market...)
- 800 m from the Trois-Rivières district accessible by the beach. You will find a mini-market, a fish market, two restaurants, a jet-ski and canoe rental company.
- 4 minutes drive from the 3 rivers distillery (guided tour, store with sale of white rum, old rum, liquor), madras, bamboo, coconut stores...
- A shuttle bus, located at 300m, allows you to join the bus station of Sainte-Luce from where leave other connections towards other cities of the south and fort de france
At the exit of the Aimé Césaire airport, take the N5 towards the direction of Sainte-Anne / Le Marin, and continue for about 18 kilometers towards Sainte-Luce, the Trois Rivière distillery will be on your right. At the first traffic circle when you arrive in Sainte-Luce, take the first exit. At the stop sign, turn left onto the D7 and then immediately right. At the gate of the "desert district", call the concierge so that he can open the gate ( you will get 2 remote control for the rest of the stay) . The villa is a little further on, on your right at number 5

This villa offers its guests a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
