The villa La Rosa is a luxury rental located in the town of Sainte Anne, in the land of Guadeloupe.

This house offers a fully equipped modern kitchen, open onto a large covered terrace of 45 m² with garden furniture where you can relax and enjoy your meals in the shade overlooking the private pool. The pool is equipped with an alarm.
It has 4 air conditioned bedrooms each with a bathroom with toilet, ideal for a holiday with family or friends by offering everyone an independent living space. The rooms are decorated with care. Three bedrooms have a queen size bed 160 x 200 and the fourth bedroom is equipped with 2 beds 90 x 190 can be brought together to allow 1 sleeping 180 x 190
Fully fenced the villa has a large outdoor living area with garden and a shaded carbet and fitted with a jacuzzi and a lounge to relax.

Très belle maison
Très belle maison, grande piscine et extérieur parfait clos de murs, propriétaires à l’écoute. Très bon accueil par Didier malgré un 24 Décembre et bonne réactivité de sa part, compréhensif. Par contre , il est dommage de ne pas avoir de climatisation dans la pièce principale (excitante mais non autorisée) , et dans les chambres programmation imposée trop tardive ( de 20h à 8h), avec des températures excédents les 40 degré, la maison ne descendant jamais en dessous de 30 degré. Peut-être faudrait-il installer des ventilateurs de plafond. Il faudrait également prévoir quelque chose pour les moustiques extrêmement nombreux à cette saison, moustiquaires dans les chambres, diffuseurs à l’extérieur. Nous étions les premiers locataires donc certaines restrictions pourront peut-être revues (coupes-vent non utilisables par les locataires mais qui auraient été bien utiles)...
