Lovely introduction to Martinique.
My husband and I and another couple spent 10 sunny days in March, 2018 at this very comfortable villa. The kitchen is compact and comes very well equipped including a garlic press and fresh garlic. The inside living space is very comfortable and includes a dining table, coaches and TV ( which we never watched). The house is worth renting for the outdoor living space alone. It was always a comfortable temperature on the porch with a pleasant breeze. We ate all our home cooked meals outside, read and sipped rum punch. The AC in the bedrooms is a quiet modern system which was welcomed at night. The villa is located about 10 minutes from Sainte-Anne our go to town for groceries and croissants. Some of our favorites activities included: beaching at les Salines/Petit Salines which is long, beautiful stretch of beach and the nicest on the island. Go by 9-9:30 in the morning or late afternoon to get a parking space. We visited Ilet Chevalier a small island which you reach by a water taxi. It takes about an hour to walk around the island and then spend the remainder of the day on one of the beaches. We hiked Mount Pelee a once active volcano. It is a strenuous hike about 4 hours round trip. And the Balata Botanical Gardens are beautiful. We would recommend traveling early in the morning to either destination. Make sure you allow time when crossing over to the other side of the island as you never know how busy the traffic will be. And thank you to Nathalie and Jean-Claude for their island recommendations and patience answering our many questions prior to our visit. We also appreciated Nathalie's aunt who oriented us to the villa when we arrived and greeted us with flowers from her garden. Vivian and Lynn from upstate New York

Absolutely amazing! A beautifull villa with a perfect and tasteful sense of the Carribean flavor!
The house is an easy access to so many beautiful little beaches just a few minutes away. Everything else we may have needed was just around the corner. Although the most famous beaches and the delicious local foods kept us away from the villa during daytime. We definitely enjoyed every minute of our mornings with the sun coming through the openness of the villa as well as the evenings that brings pleasure in a whole different perspective! Simply an amazing time!

Endroit isolé loin de tout, travaux à proximité tous les jours, bruyant Chiens qui aboient les nuits Pas de lave vaisselle Pas d eau chaude Manque sérieux d entretien dans la maison, les portes se ferment difficilement, barillets durs Seul point positif la photo sur le site qui est la terrasse qui est très agréable

Nice house, nice contact, nice island
Nathalie s house is an authentic creolish house in a quiet area of martinique. It is nescessary to rent a car. The house has enough rooms for six people. Every sleeping rooms, but not the living room has a quiet air conditioneer. But there is a fan and there are big doors. There is everything you need to take care of yourself. The best of the house in our opinion is the terrace, wich is nice to stay to see the humming birds an lizards. Before we came to martinique, nathalie sent us important informations and the contact of her nice housekeeper. Evertime we had the possibility to contact nathalie via whatsapp. Thank you nathalie, we hope we come back.

Belle terrasse
Très belle maison. La terrasse est un vrai régal, avec sa grande table, barbecue, hamac, une belle végétation, et quelques colibris qui viennent nous saluer. Les chambres sont propres et climatisées, la salle de bain agréable. Nous avons peu utilisé les pièces à vivre d’intérieur (salon moins sympathique que la terrasse pour se poser). Le Wi-Fi fonctionne bien. Bon emplacement avec plages à 10-15min en voiture. Le point à améliorer est au niveau des équipements qui manquent parfois (cafetière non fonctionnelle, manque de certains ustensiles). Autrement maison très agréable !

Très bon séjour dans la villa très bien située et agréable. Terrasse et jardin très appréciés. Très bon accueil. Cependant elle n est pas conforme à l annonce car il n y a qu une salle de bain au lieu de 2 annoncées.

Das Haus war genau, was wir uns erträumt hatten! Die Küche mit Allem was man braucht ausgestattet! Die Zimmer sauber, das Bad hervorragend, vor Allem die Terrasse super. Auch die Beteuung von Sylvia und den anderen Helfern großartig 🥰 Vielen Herzlichen Dank Wir hatten wunderschöne 8 Wochen auf Martinique und das nicht zuletzt weil wir uns in der Villa so wohl gefühlt haben! Bon compromis
Tout d'abord, nous avons été très bien accueilli par la personne en charge de la réception des locataires. La location est très agréable, spacieuse et propre. Nous avons passé de très bonnes soirées sur la grande terrasse bien abritée et correctement équipée. Les environs sont très calmes. Le seul bémol est la distance à la plage (10 min en voiture) mais ce détail n'est pas rédhibitoire. A conseiller pour une découverte de la Martinique.

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans le sud de la martinique, la maison est bien située, entre le Marin et Sainte Anne, elle est bien équipée, nous avons apprécié les climatisations dans les chambres, les lits faits à l'arrivée, tout le linge de maison propre, la décoration soignée...etc !

Villa très agréable et paisible
Super séjour dans cette villa. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse ombragée et ventilée. Bien située, quartier calme, proche des plages. Bon emplacement pour rayonner dans toute l’île. Avec son jardin fermé, elle est parfaite pour un séjour avec enfants en bas âge. Accueil bien sympathique et flexible, ce qui est un plus!

Maison agréable mais contentieux avec la propriétaire
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour mais la télévision est tombée en panne le second jour. Nous l avons signalé et la propriétaire l a changé sans rien dire. Une fois rentrés chez nous, j ai constaté qu' elle avait gardé la caution. Elle s est justifié auprès d abritel en disant que nous avions fait des branchements non autorisés sur la télévision et notamment que nous avions branché une play station. Nous n avions ni amené de play station ni fait de branchements. La communication avec la propriétaire pour essayer de trouver un terrain d entente a été très compliquée, je suis donc passée par abritel, les démarches de remboursement sont encore en cours.

Abseits vom Touristenrummel !
Der Aufenthalt in diesem Haus entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Vorallem die Ruhe war auf Grund der ländlichen Lage gegeben. Wir sind im Urlaub meist Selbstversorger und hatten deshalb kaum etwas an der Ausstattung des Hauses auszusetzen. Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn es eine Filterkaffemaschine, einen Wasserkocher und eine Mikrowelle gegeben hätte ! Besonders gut fanden wir, dass eine Waschmaschine und eine Wäschetrockner vorhanden war. Eine sehr gut regulierbare Klimaanlage gab es in den Schlafräumen. Um die Insel gut erkunden zu können und einzukaufen, ist ein Auto unbedingt erforderlich. Die Eigentümer und die Verwalter vor Ort haben sich sehr bemüht, damit unser Aufenthalt so angenehm wird, wie er auch war !
