Ce n'était meme pas un lit queen. La décoration date des années 40. Tres difficiles d'atteindre la chambre avec les bagages le balcon est étroit. Les couvertures du lit déchirée. Et ne comprends pas bien le français. Assez déçue de l'ensemble.

Owner was kind and respectful. It was quiet and within walking distance of all amenities in area. Our room was clean and bathroom was perfect for what we wanted. You can’t beat these prices, especially for this area! Would we stay here again? Absolutely!

I often stay at this hotel for 1 or 2 nights and meets my needs for a short stay. There is a pool but i have never used it but looks nice. It is walking distance to Baton Rouge and a few other restaurants. There is also a grocery a few min walk away. Overall great, convenient located hotel in Mont St Sauveur.

The rooms were dated, more so than advertised. The beds were extremely uncomfortable! Partner and I woke up sore everyday. Paint coming off the ceilings on floor because they were flaking. Spend a few more bucks and stay elsewhere.

The tenant was extremely impolite and rude. He gave us a room that would not lock. After that, he gave us a room that was already occupied. When we told the tenant that, he gave us back the room we had in the first place by telling us that it was repaired. We refused, because he wasn't able to repair the door. We are not stupid. Then, he started to shout and to be extremely rude and impolite. The WORST experience in a hotel I've ever had. We asked for a refund and he told us that Expedia was responsible for that matter. We texted Expedia and they confirmed to us that the tenant was the one who could refund us. He lied to us to get rid of us. That's what I call a theif. Don't ever book a room in that hotel.

Nous étions à la suite double. L'endroit est vieillot et pourrait bénéficier d'une mini cure de rafraichissement (mieux dissimuler les fissures normales du mur, changer ou au moins recouvrir le canapé, réparer les chaises qui s'allongent), mais j'aimais le coté chaleureux un peu rustique, presque vintage (voulu ou non). La chambre était propre, les lits aussi, mais encore une fois, le canapé était tâché et les chaises/fauteuils abîmées. Nous avons bien dormi dans le lit. La salle de bain était grande et plutôt propre, mais il faut changer la douche téléphone ASAP! Elle coule de partout sauf du pommeau et se laver était donc pas super optimal comme expérience. Le bain tourbillon semblait propre, mais il était vraiment fait petit et il est particulièrement bruyant, on n'a tout simplement pas pu y relaxer. La vue sur les pentes de ski était très agréable, on pouvait se rendre à pieds à plusieurs restaurants et la flexibilité sur l'heure du départ/le départ tardif a été très appréciée. On a eu peur après avoir lu quelques commentaires en ligne, sommes arrivés avec peu d'attentes et surtout des appréhensions et nous avons finalement été très agréablement surpris. Non, ce n'est pas une suite de grand hôtel (comme de fait, ce n'est pas ce que nous pensions avoir non plus, surtout à ce prix), c'est très raisonnable, on a senti qu'on se gâtait et nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour.
