All ready of the massif of Estérel, come to pass a pleasant stay in a flat in ground-garden, with sight on the Dramont lake, in 10 minutes of the beach (no road to cross), you will appreciate the frame of ST RAPHAEL neighborhood, close to the city center. This accommodation in a residence with private swimming pool, includes a bedroom, living room with kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet, a terrace of 20 m2 and a garden of 40 m2, overlooking the lake, with views. The residence has private car parks. A small train Cap Estérel dessert, free, the beach. Nearby you will find all the useful shops (SPAR, pharmacy, bakery, rotisserie and various restaurants. Environment close to the Estérel massif (many hikes). * Linens provided.
We provide 1 cot and a baby high chair.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist ideal für eine Familie mit Kleinkindern oder für 2 Personen und der Pool bietet eine super Alternative zum Meer, welches in 5-10 Gehminuten erreichbar ist. Sehr praktisch ist auch, dass ein Supermarkt und Bäcker zu Fuss erreichbar ist, da die Parkplatzsituation in der Hauptsaison eher kritisch ist.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines magnifiques dans cet hébergement. Le logement est fonctionnel et tout à fait conforme à l annonce. La literie des 2 lits est de qualité. Les propriétaires sont hyper réactif quand on a besoin (un grand merci encore), disponible, à l écoute et de bons conseils sur la région. L emplacement du logement permet de laisser la voiture et d aller à la plage à pied. La boulangerie, pharmacie et Spar sont aussi à côté.

sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und haben uns herzlich empfangen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal. Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss zur Bahnstation und zum Strand. Eine Bäckerei und ein Laden sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Der Pool ist super, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Schöner Urlaub mit perfekter Lage
Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Die Strände und Wanderrouten in der Nähe sind sehr schön. Der Pool ist zur Mitbenutzung. Die Wohnung war sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und man hat eine Lösung gefunden, dass wir kein französisch gesprochen haben.

Très bon séjour, grâce à la discrétion des voisins les plus proches...
Idéalement situé pour aller se promener à pied autour du Dramont, vers les différentes plages ou dans le massif de l Estérel. Les commerces de proximité sont à 2 pas. Le train n est vraiment pas gênant et permet de gagner St Raphaël en 7 mn ! La petite piscine permet de se rafraîchir en rentrant de balade. Excellente vacances au calme !

Séjour agréable mais...
Séjour 2 semaines. Accueil sympathique, propriétaires disponibles et aux petits soins. La piscine est top et très appréciable. Quelques commerces à proximité (petite boulangerie, Spar, rôtisserie, resto...). Location idéalement située pour visiter cette belle région. Attention toutefois à la propreté du logement lors de l'arrivée de nouveaux occupants. A noter qu'il n'y a pas de connexion Wifi et malheureusement pas de climatisation. La résidence se trouve à proximité d'une voie ferrée et d'un axe routier. Il faut s'habituer aux bruits !!! Nous sommes globalement satisfaits de ce séjour Merci

L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal. Situé à quelques mètres seulement d'une boulangerie, d'un Spar et d'une pharmacie, tout est à portée de main. À pied, il est possible d'accéder à différentes plages et criques. En voiture, quelques minutes pour accéder aux restaurants de Saint Raphael ou Frejus. Dominique et Guy sont très chaleureux. Ils nous ont conseillés différentes activités à réaliser (balades dans le massif de L'esterel, bateau pour aller à saint Tropez afin d' éviter les bouchons estivaux, feux d'artifice...). Et la piscine est top ! Une location que nous recommandons chaudement !

Très bon séjour
Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. Studio spacieux pour deux personnes il peut accueillir facillement deux personnes de plus...enfants par exemple. Il est bien équipé....de multiples rangements, tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner, se faire un café....la copropriété est bien entretenue et la piscine offre une belle vue sur le lac et on entrevoit la mer. Seul "hic" il faut vraiment se lever tôt pour avoir le droit à un transat au bord de la piscine car en sous nombre où monopolisés par les autres habitants....dommage. Le logement est très bien situé, proche des commerces (boulangerie, spar, pharmacie...) de la mer, parc aventure,... Nous garderons un bon souvenir de notre venue à Saint-Raphaël. Julie et Laurent
