Live your best holiday, family, sporting, cultural of simple getaway life on the beautiful Cote d'Azur from this property. We just finished updating this family-friendly townhouse in Oct' 23. This is a 55 m2 / 570 ft2, ground floor access, 2-floor, immediate beachfront condo. The building has a direct seafront promenade door onto the TripAdvisor Travellers choice & Fodor's top-10 listed (natural sand-no pebbles) beach, and a patio that opens onto the hustle and bustle of the local cultural hotspot - the Petanque court. This is a veritable front-row beach property, yet it has 2 private bedrooms with closing doors (no studio half-open loft "bedrooms").

The apartment has an open plan air-conditioned living, kooking and dining space (and a toilet) on the ground floor. Upstairs it has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms and a space-efficient compact bathroom (including a washing machine).

The fully functional kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee-grinding 10 bar expresso machine, and more) allows you to make fresh coffee with breakfast and then make the most of all the fresh food you've likeley bought at the charming market (that happens right in front of your balcony 2x a week). The 43" TV and Sonos sound system will allow you to enjoy all of your favourite tunes and series, with Netflix, Disney+ and Prime video, along with French Cable channels. The 430mbps internet will allow those working remotely to stay seamlessly connected - or for everyone in the family to watch their own HD movies.

Staying at the seafront offers more benefits than just the beach 20m from your front door. The 3km long boulevard offers hundreds of restaurants and souvenir/beach shops to keep you busy and well-fed. For people-watching, you can't get better. The balcony's frontage is on the Petanque Court which is the cultural hotspot of the town. You can leave the awning up and sit out on the patio table while you soak up provencal life, or lower it and close the curtains for secluded privacy and rest. The petanque court lights go off between 10pm and midnight (depending on the season) ensuring you have a much quieter sleeping environment than any of the boulevard-facing properties above the busy bars and restaurants. We've left a couple of Jeu de Boule kits next to the couch so instead of just watching - you can jump over the balcony wall and join in!

Frejus is the perfect base for your French Riviera holiday, but has more to offer than just its unique, TripAdvisor award-winning sand beach. It is an outdoor sports lovers dream, and has endless historical and cultural attractions within an hours drive.

Culture lovers can experience the petanque court and farmer's markets right out front of the balcony, and the nightly summer street market out front. The surrounding towns and hills are infused with roman history, and chique cities like St Tropez, Nice and Cannes at your doorstep thanks to a beautiful scheduled boat trip from St Raphael port. There is a water and theme park around the corner, and summer province lavender and countryside inland.

Nature and outdoor sports lovers will love Frejus: seek out the beautiful surrounding hills and nature reserves (2 indoor bike hooks are installed in the living room to keep your high-end bikes safe) or you could sail, kyak, windsurf or kiteboard to your heart's content in the bay. Nature is highly regarded in Frejus: the ocean is a part of the Pelagos Marine sanctuary and is *full of life*: squid, fish, crustaceans, and even Moon fish, Dolphins and Whales further out to sea. The Villepey lagoons are full of beavers, turtles, and at the right time of year even pink flamingos. Inland, the Massif de Maures and Esterel offer endless natural beauty and hiking adventures, for beginners and advanced hikers alike. You're sure to encounter wild boar, deer, falcons, and other forest animals if you get out early.

Great family beach getaway
Nice appartement, right across the road from the beach. It has a balcony on the boules court where you can enjoy people watching and also catch the firework shows just over the boulevard embankment. Has all mod cons; capsule coffee espresso machine, dishwasher, clothes washer. A great place to unplug.

Ça très mal commencé, on a attendu presque 4h pour faire le check-in, même en suivant leurs indications à la lettre et arrivant à 15h40 , on est entré dans l’appartement à 19h. On a payé des services que nous ont pas était servi ni proposé. Deuxième nuit on a passé 1heure à tuer dés cafards dans une chambre. Très déçu du service

Le bain de mer du matin était formidable
Logement sans intimité donnant sur le terrain de pétanque avec couloir de passage le long du logement ! Portes fenêtres donc pas de possibilité d'aérer sans tout ouvrir et donc donner aux passant le spectacle de l'intérieur. Non bruyant à partir de 0.30h Bonne literie . Système de climatisation très encombrant et installations étrange... Super emplacement pour se baigner et sortir. Idéal pour des jeunes. Appartement très(trop) fourni, fonctionnel mais en état moyen.. Système de conciergerie parfait.
