Situated in a quiet residential area of the popular seaside resort. The semi-detached house is located on a shared garden plot. With its modern equipped living area, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, the holiday home offers excellent comfort. You have a private terrace area that is sheltered from view. Another plus, especially in high season, is also the private car parking space on the property. The first of the seven beaches that Saint--Quay-Portrieux has to offer can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by bike. Narrow alleys, winding side streets, typical old houses - on foot or by bike you can go on a voyage of discovery in Saint--Quay-Portrieux and look for traces of the town's seafaring past. St Quay Port d'Armor is a typical boat and fishing port. Nearby activities: Originally, Saint-Quay-Portrieux was best known for its busy fishing port. Numerous fishing boats set off daily to fish for the delicious scallops. In the town, you can learn all about these scallops, from their creation to the delicacy you can enjoy in one of the many restaurants. Between October and April, the scallops are brought ashore for auction. 7 beaches in Saint-Quay-Portrieux are ideal for walking, swimming or relaxing. Trips a little further south to the lively resort of Binic and north, following the beautiful footpaths along the cliffs, to the port of Paimpol and the flower-filled island of Brehat are particularly recommended.

Réservez sans hésiter !
Nous avons réservé une semaine ce logement, les propriétaires nous ont vraiment bien accueilli, ce couple est très chaleureux. Nous avons trouvé un logement propre, conforme aux photos (il y a un canapé dans le salon en plus), grand, nous etions 4 adultes et vraiment l espace est tres convenable. Le jardin est commun mais séparé par une petite palissade ce qui permet d etre en intimité. Les lits sont confortables, la vaisselle suffisante. L endroit est proche des commerces, de la route principale et de la plage, ainsi que du port. Je recommande ++++++ cette location.
