You are located seaside, 7km of fine sand.
In front you can see the Chausey Islands. You can see the bay of Brittany.
You can access by regular boat to the different Channel Islands.

A lot of activity is offered to you. Do not hesitate to visit the website of the town of Saint Pair sur Mer or Facebook. Some television reports on the big chains have been broadcast including Roots and Wings.
Near the beach of Kairon, accessible on foot 5 / 10mn.
House for up to 4 people on one level fenced with location and private entrance to park safely in his vehicle. It includes 3 rooms including 2 separate bedrooms each with access to the bathroom and toilet.
The main room overlooks a terrace of 35m2 protected by a fence exposed SO with a large bay window of 3m in brick partition.
A playground for the little ones with hut.
Behind the palisade a large field where animals occasionally park.
The rent is included with the expenses.
You will find everything you need in the kitchen utensils, 2 burner ceramic hotplates with a booster, dishwasher and tablets, cleaning products and tea towels.

Excellent stay
We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very relaxing as everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. We had a nice barbecue in the beautiful terrace. We will definitely come back next year. Finally, thank you Isabelle for accepting our late checkout request.

Es ist eine sehr ruhig gelegene Unterkunft zwischen Jullouville 2,5 km und Saint Pair 3,5 km. Strand 1km entfernt. Ein Toaster wäre hilfreich!

Merci beaucoup à Isabelle pour son accueil chaleureux. L’hébergement était parfait pour mon ami et moi. Ouvert, propre, lumineux une déco bien à mon goût. Tout était parfait avec une météo de haut niveau. A 7 minutes à pieds de la plage, c’est très agréable pour les balades. J’ai très apprécié. Les nuits sont calmes. La terrasse et le petit jardin donnent à ce lieu l’envi d’y revenir. Encore merci et à bientôt.

Elle a tout d’une grande !
Petite maison mais très confortable et très bien équipée. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour : la belle plage à proximité, Granville et le Mont Saint-Michel à côté en font une destination idéale. Merci à Isabelle pour son accueil !

Séjour deconfinement
Après cette période de confinement , ce petit séjour de 3 nuits fut très apprécié par mon garçon de 4 ans et moi même . Un endroit on s’y sent paisible et à l’abris des regards , tout en étant à proximité de la plage et des commerces . Le logement est très bien conçu et très propre . Nous y retournerons très certainement . Un grand merci à Isabelle pour ce bol d’air frais qui a fait un bien fou .

Entre la Bretagne et la Normandie :)
Location splendide et pratique, convivialité des propriétaires, emplacement idéal pour s'imprégner autant de la Normandie que de la Bretagne nord, même sous la pluie, le charme à opéré :) Réservez sans hésiter et profitez de Granville, Villedieu les poêle, Cancale, St Malo, Le mont Saint Michel, Rennes... Fruits de mer, crêpes, cidre, caramel au beurre salé, Confiture de lait..... Au grand plaisir de revenir :)

Schönes Ferienhäuschen
Das Ferienhäuschen ist exakt so wie auf den Bildern. Es ist nicht groß, aber die Raumaufteilung ist sehr durchdacht. Bei gutem Wetter kann man auch hervorragend auf der Terasse mit elektrischer Markise sitzen. Für eine Familie mit 1-2 Kindern völlig ausreichend. Die Einrichtung ist auch komplett für einen Urlaub. Wir haben zwar einen Backofen vermißt, aber wir wußten auch, das es den nicht gibt. Die Schnellplatten und die Mikrowelle haben es auch getan. Ansonsten fehlt es an nichts. Einmal haben wir einen Abzieher für die Dusche gekauft, dann haben wir den schon vorhandenen gefunden. Das Häuschen war das sauberste, was wir je vorgefunden haben. Man kann zu Fuss zum Strand gehen, und der Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus mit kompletter Umzäunung, so das kleine Kinder auch mal unbeaufsichtigt spielen können. Als Ausflüge bieten sich Mt. St. Michel an und vor allem sollte man die Chausey-Inseln besuchen (von Granville aus). Aber besonders toll hat uns auch der Tidenunterschied am Strand von bis zu 10,50 m gefallen. (Während unserer Urlaubszeit, mal mehr, mal weniger.) Isabelle war herrlich unkompliziert, das fanden wir super. Vielen Dank! Alles in allem 5 Sterne. Urlaub im August 2019

Sehr schönes Apartment, gut mit kleinen Kindern. Es gibt einen Zaun ums ganze Grundstück, einen Parkplatz. Man kann zu Fuß zum Strand gehen.

Attention,vous mettez les pieds en éventail chez Isabelle. Une location avec des atouts principaux : - Magnifique terrasse au calme,une vraie pièce de vie. - Décoration moderne et épurée,tout confort. - Stationnement privé clos. - 400m de la plage. - Idéalement située entre Saint Pair/mer et Jullouville. Lavoir moderne à 800m. Un endroit qui sent bon les vacances...Alors posez vos valises.

SUPER SEJOUR !!
Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cet endroit. L'accueil est chaleureux ,la maison est très fonctionnelle, moderne et dans un état de propreté rarissime, la literie est excellente (c'est souvent le point noir des locations saisonnières),il ne manque rien . La région est superbe, plein de choses à faire et à voir ,les plages du débarquement ne sont pas très loin , bref, je recommande vraiment cette location et encore merci aux propriétaires ,très attentifs à notre bien être et aux conseils avisés .

Maisonnette superbe et agréable
Propriétaires très accueillants, discrets et attentionnés. Maison très agréable, propre et aménagée avec beaucoup de gout non loin de la mer à pied et dans un quartier très calme. Il ne manque rien dans la maison, tout est pensé. Vraiment à conseiller si vous voulez passer de très bonnes vacances. J' y retournerai avec grand plaisir. Séjour du 10 au 13 février 2018
