Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation includes :
- An 18 m² living room with sofa, TV (via fibre-optic box) and dining area
- A fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190), high slatted base with storage space underneath, a low cupboard and a coat rack with lockers.
- A bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 12 m² south-facing terrace with sea views and furniture to make the most of fine weather
- A garage shared with the tenants of the house above, with a washing machine and tumble dryer, where you can store bicycles or anything else you want.
For your exclusive use: an ironing board and iron, a vacuum, a broom and a Spanish broom.

You'll be ideally located, in Saint-Nazaire's golden triangle, a stone's throw from the town center, shops, restaurants, market as well as the jardin des plantes, and above all 50 meters from the seafront and beach (visible from the living room and terrace).

- Petit Traict beach (visible from the balcony) approximately 50 m away.
- Visits and walks: plant garden, 26-hectare landscaped park and sports park, fisheries, major seaport, Atlantic shipyards, Airbus Atlantic, submarine base, discovery cruises (during the day and evening in July and August).
- Sports activities: playground on the beach, football, volleyball, tennis, Léo Lagrange sports complex and stadium, Aquaparc (swimming pool with several pools including a wave pool, whirlpool baths and play areas), skatepark, escape game and gym at Ruban bleu (recently renovated and refurbished shopping centre, 1 km from the accommodation).
- Les Escales’ festival, usually in July.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park for free in the street in front of the house (but it is forbidden to park alongside the house, as a sign indicates) and in the surrounding streets.

- Nearest train station: Saint-Nazaire 2.7 km away (about 7 minutes by car)
