We have decorated this apartment with care so that you feel good and that your stay is as pleasant as possible.
It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a dining room and a living room with two pull-out benches. Practical, the fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining room
There is a flat screen TV (TNT) and Wifi Internet.
The bathroom with bath and separate toilet overlooks the small hallway of the entrance. There are also many cupboards and storage.
You have free access to the semi-covered heated swimming pool, the sauna as well as to the large green and enclosed park.

Good location
Good location for walking into St Martin (restaurants, shops & Marina). Easy to get to beaches by bicycle (4km away). Make sure bring all basic essentials (soap, washing up liquid, bin bags Etc. as not supplied).

Great location, lovely apartment.
Spacious apartment, lots of storage and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Very comfortable, king size bed with bed linen included. Photos on the website are accurate. The location is ideal, being a short walk from the town. The bicycles which were included were perfectly adequate and we rode almost every day (although a basket on one would have been useful). We had a fantastic week and couldn’t have wished for anything more. Benjamin was a godsend with his local knowledge and restaurant recommendations. We will definitely be returning. Thank you Olivier for making our first trip to this lovely island a memorable one.

Bon choix
Appartement bien situé, proche du centre de Saint Martin mais au calme. Il est bien conçu avec une chambre séparée, bien équipé. Il est agréablement décoré dans l'esprit de l'île et tempéré. La vie sur l'île est un vrai bonheur. Nous y avons passé un super séjour.

Cette location est fidèle à la description de l’annonce et très bien située en plein cœur de St-Martin. L’appartement est très fonctionnel, bien aménagé, propre et bien isolé phonétiquement du reste du bâtiment. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Si vous souhaitez emmener votre linge sur place, je recommande toutefois de bien clarifier les dimensions des lits pour éviter des surprises à l’arrivée. Si d’aventure, vous avez besoin d’être dépannés (drap housse finalement trop petit par exemple), le propriétaire, a priori réticent, reste ouvert aux éventuels dépannages moyennant un forfait qui peut surprendre... Bon séjour à St-Martin !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à l’île de Ré. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la situation de l'appartement, très calme, dans une belle résidence à quelques pas du port et à proximité des commerces. Nous avons également apprécié les services proposés dans la résidence: piscine, possibilité de commander pains et viennoiseries, tables de ping-pong, parc avec espaces verts idéal pour les enfants, possibilité de laisser les vélos dans le parc..... Merci au propriétaire qui nous a très bien accueillis le jour de notre arrivée.
