Built on 2500 m2 of wooded and fenced land with few vis à vis, it will welcome you in a cocoon greatly restored in 2024 (renovation, reversible air conditioning, travertine bathroom...) conducive to long moments within its (large room kitchen and living room extending, with imposing cast iron wood stove and large sofa, plasma TV and Internet/ TV by Fibre Orange, sound 5.1, bluetooth speaker..). Lovers of the kitchen will find all the necessary equipment to prepare Norman specialties (fish, seafood, dish in sauce...) or other regions (robot, utensils, oven, induction plates...) and enjoy their creation on the large central oak table. On the rest side, the 3 spacious bedrooms (1 on the ground floor and 2 upstairs) will allow you to sleep in a cozy atmosphere and temperature controlled (reversible air conditioning in all rooms) and for one, to watch your favorite series or play on a second Plasma connected to the TV of Orange and according to your subscriptions to Netflix or other. The second sofa in the house, located on the landing of the floor will be a playroom for the youngest, or a reading corner.
Outside, come and enjoy his plancha, and barbecue to continue your culinary discoveries, rest from your swim or walk, or share under the large oak an aperitif or a party thanks to the comfortable garden room and its large outdoor table!
At walking distance (1.5 kms, 15 to 20 min by a path that runs through the countryside) access the beach of Petites Dalles, typical of the brave of the Pays de Caux where you can swim, or by car (6 km) by the coastal road to the large beach of Veulette sur Mer, its casino and beach restaurants.
For lovers of walking, hiking or jogging, the GR21 passes in front of the house and allows you to reach Fécamp by the cliffs or Dieppe on the other side, passing through many picturesque villages of this country.
Take advantage of this place to discover Sassetot le Mauconduit (the castle of Sissi), Fécamp (its long beach, the Palais Bénédicte and discover their world-famous drink, the Museum of Fisheries, its Casino...), or for a few (tens) more kms, the discovery of Etretat (its famous cliffs, Arsène Lupin...) or the sweetness and tranquility of Veules les Roses.
For children and adults, visit the lake of Caniel (water games, bowling, outdoor toboggan, beach, restaurant...) or the Woody Parc de Fécamp for tree climbing which are both 15 minutes away by car.
