We are offering this charming little house for rent in the town of Saint-Malo, in the Résidence de la Varde, less than a kilometer from the beach, with a swimming pool. It has a surface area of 35 m² and can accommodate up to 3 guests. It comprises a lovely living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of around 20 m² with a terrace. Cleaning, sheets, and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- An 18 m² living room with a TV and a sofa
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: toaster, microwave, oven, hob, refrigerator, coffee maker, dining area, crockery, and cutlery
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

On the mezzanine:
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a single bed

Outside:
- A shared swimming pool within the residence (unheated), open from June 15 to September 15.
- A beautiful 20 m² garden with a terrace and furniture to enjoy sunny days.
- Private parking in front of the house for one vehicle.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: baby bed, washing machine.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment 500 m from La Varde beach, which is sure to charm you during your family vacation by the sea. You will find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, and more.

Nearby:
500 meters from La Varde beach and 1 km from the village of Rothéneuf: delicatessen, bakery, caterer, pharmacy, crêperie, bar, wine cellar, decoration shop, restaurants, etc. 600 m from Pont Beach.
