Shared unfenced garden with private space, covered terrace, garage. Lac de la Thésauque (swimming, water games), Auterive (treetop adventure park, canoeing) and Nailloux brand village 9km away. Ground floor: entrance hall (garage access, washing machine, tumble dryer), kitchen (after a few steps, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, coffee pod and filter machines, kettle, toaster, 3 induction hobs, dishwasher, raclette machine), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160cm) with possible independent access and its bathroom/WC equipped for people with reduced mobility, separate WC.
