At the crossroads of the Haute-Loire, the Loire and the Ardèche, in a preserved natural setting is the village of Saint Julien Molhesabate. In a calm and green environment, this single-storey cottage is the ideal pied-à-terre for a "nature" holiday.
Perfect for recharging your batteries and relaxing, the Maison des Sucs also offers you the possibility of many activities.

In the immediate vicinity: hiking, mountain biking, mushroom picking...

A few kilometers away: the Via Fluvia, a cycle route, the village of St Bonnet le Froid, a mecca of gastronomy.

A little further: Lake Devesset 30 minutes away, the town of Puy-en-Velay 1 hour away and its monuments listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites, the town of St Étienne and its many museums, Annonay 40 minutes away, the zoological park of Peaugres... Gîte adjoining another gîte of the same capacity, opening onto a 50m² private garden with no overlooked views, furnished with garden furniture and plancha.

The entrance is directly onto a large living-dining-kitchen area, comfortably equipped and tastefully decorated.

The gîte has three bedrooms, each with their own colour code and neat decorative details.
