Private: natural state property 800 m2 with trees, swimming pool heated (10 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase and shutter cover. Outdoor shower, table tennis, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 5 km, sandy beach "Contis Plage" 10 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
