L’annonce dit »dans son jus » Mais quel jus!! Outre l’odeur tenace de cendrier froid, des cendriers pleins, poubelles non vidées.. du mobilier sale et hors d’âge.. tout est sale, gras, cassé.. des lits cassés, matelas couverts de taches et défoncés, alaises non lavées. Et.. puces de lits!! Murs gras et tachés d’humidité, dégât des eaux jamais réparé, interrupteurs pendants au bouts des fils (dans la salle de bain!) cuisine microscopique et très, très sale.. frigo hors d’âge dans la salle à manger.. et ne surtout pas s’appuyer sur le garde au corps du balcon.. il ne tiens pas et au moindre choc vous vous trouveriez un étage plus bas sur le trottoir.. c’est le résultat d’une politique de non vérification des logements par Abritel..Simplement une honte de louer ce type de logement dans un tel état d’abandon. En dehors du danger que cela représente…
