Lovely spacious apartment near the sea with parking
Bathroom and toilet have now been updated, excellent shower. Position of apartment very good as easy walk to everything. Tea towel and bath mat now provided but still need to bring your own towels. Balconies face due north so never catch the sun.

Great apartment with views across the bay
This apartment was perfect for our stay in Saint-Jean - parking spot in the basement was appreciated (a bit of a squeeze even with a small car). Saint-Jean-de-Luz is a lovely town nestled in the bay with some lovely walks up the coast and some excellent restaurants to sample over the stay. The apartment is very central and has a recently refurbished kitchen and bathroom suite. Inside it is very functional but has all the essentials. We would definitely come back here.

Perfectly situated with sea/beach views
In the center of St Jean de Luz, perfect for the beach, cliff walks & discovering this pretty town. Initial reaction was that The apartment was just what we expected until we realized that the bathroom has not been remodeled & needs it, & no towels provided, not even a bath mat or tea towel in kitchen. Must be an old fashioned French quirk but needs to be mentioned in description as we flew in from USA & had to go shopping at 8pm to buy some. Gather they are available upon request but as we were unaware they weren't supplied, we didn't request them. Otherwise, a great apartment with super views

Point fort de cet appartement son emplacement avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie de Saint Jean de Luz et la promenade du bord de mer. L'orientation idéale permet d'être protégé du soleil tout en conservant une très belle luminosité. L'équipement est conforme à la description avec des appareils de qualité (Miele). La douche est spacieuse, les literies confortables. La place de parking en sous-sol est un vrai plus. Enfin il faut souligner l'excellent accueil de Nelly en charge de la gestion de l'appartement et du lien avec la propriétaire. Nous recommandons vivement et reviendrons assurément.

Correspond exactement à la description
Idéalement situé, vue magnifique . Juste une rue à traverser et on est sur la plage. On est à pied entre 5 et 10 minutes du marché couvert, de la rue Léon Gambetta (rue piétonne et très commerçante) de la place Louis XIV et du port. Pour les courses Carrefour City 87 rue Gambetta très propre et bien achalander. Cerise sur le gâteau, le parking accessible directement par l'ascenseur, un vrai plus car le stationnement dans ce secteur est plutôt compliqué. Enfin parfait accueil de Nelly, disponible et très réactive.

Séjour parfait dans cet appartement où tout y est! L’emplacement est idéal et la place de parking un plus très appréciable quand on connaît le coût du stationnement sur St Jean et les verbalisations systématiques…. Plage en face, commerces à deux pas et vue exceptionnelle sur Ste Barbe. Appartement très bien équipé et literie très confortable. On sait pourquoi le Pays Basque est si vert : séjour d'une semaine = une semaine de pluie (du 6 au 13 juin). Pas de chance. Mais repos quand même, on respire, on mange basque, on vit basque. On est heureux. L'appartement, tel que présenté dans l'annonce. Manque peut-être de verres style petits verres basques et couteaux à steak. Pour terminer, un miroir dans lequel on se verrait de la tête aux pieds serait un plus. Sinon l'essentiel est là et on a vécu un merveilleux séjour malgré la météo. A très vite, nous retenons l'adresse. Le must : parking souterrain avec accès ascenseur direct.
