This home boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including a 1 bedroom private suite with its own entrance on the ground floor, complete with its own bathroom, living room, kitchen and laundry. The spacious and beautifully appointed main floor has its own private entrance on the 2nd floor and boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a full chef’s kitchen, laundry, and a huge screened in patio that leads to a spacious outdoor private deck with chaise lounges and a BBQ grill.

Enjoy the Florida sunshine in the large, heated (optional) pool with sun shelf, a sandy beach play area with a hammock, a porch swing for lazy afternoons, a dock and boat lift for boating and fishing enthusiasts, and much more. You’re just minutes away by boat to several beaches, islands, sandbars and the open waters of the gulf.

Amenities include premium furnishings, hot tub, pool, pack-n- play, dog-friendly accommodations (including a doggy door and poop bag dispenser), washer/dryer, central AC, free high-speed internet access, a fully equipped kitchen, and Smart TVs in every room.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
