Perfectly located near the middle of the beach, enjoy the beautiful ocean views from the deck of this new house (May 2022) built by the Premier Southern Living Builder in the area. The comfortable elegance of this home with curated designer furnishing a gourmet kitchen with high end appliances and hardwood planks throughout will not disappoint you.
Living quarters with an open kitchen, a large living room and the master bedroom are located on the upper floor serviced by an elevator. The three other bedrooms are on the lower floor with a living room and the laundry room. One of the bedrooms has two bunk beds adjacent to the queen bed to accommodate parents with young children. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms.
The house is a very short walk to the beach and to the clubhouse where the main pools and fitness center are located.
