Excellent location although road outside can be very busy and noisy. Lovely views from balcony and easy walk into town centre. Property was spotless and contained everything we needed and the owner was charming. Although she didn't speak any English she went out of her way to help us become familiar with the apartment. Ferry to L'ile De Yeu was across the road and little ferry to the beach a hundred yards away. When staying in St Gilles we always go to the lake at Apremont and I would highly recommend it for a day out. The restaurant at the lake is lovely and has very reasonably priced food.

Appartement avec une belle vue
L'appartement est très bien placé par rapport à la plage du Boisvinet, 10 minutes à pied. Son atout est la vue, balcon agréable. Place de parking. Il est très bien équipé, propre. le seul inconvénient pour nous, ce fut le canapé du salon très inconfortable, il faudrait le changer. la literie est correct.

Que dire à part que l appartement est très fonctionnel, très propre, bien placé, une vue magnifique sur le port. Rien ne manque vaisselle, ustensiles.... Literie excellente même le clic clac. Il y a une table permettant de manger dehors et des chaises pour lire au soleil ou tout simplement profitez du paysage. La place de parking est très appréciable. La propriétaire est accueillante, d'une disponibilité exceptionnelle et toujours à votre écoute. Ma fille et moi reviendront lorsque nous envisagerons de revenir en Vendée (nous n'avons pas pu tout voir) Je recommande vivement cette location

tres bonne location sur tous les plans et proprietaire super sympa

J'ai eu le plaisir de rencontrer deux charmantes personnes comme propriétaires.Ouvertes , sympathiques et disponibles. La location est très bien située,que l'on souhaite se promener du coté de St Gilles(grde plage de sable fin),comme du coté Croix de vie(plage du Boisvinet avec ses rochers pour la pêche à pied et ses criques) L'appartement est très propre,pratique et fonctionnel, avec des équipements de qualités La voiture n'est pas indispensable puisque tout est faisable à pied(rare) Le soleil était du rendez vous,alors....

Cet appartement est très agréable, clair, propre et très bien équipé, avec un grand balcon très vivant donnant sur l'entrée du port ! Il est très bien situé car tout est à portée sans besoin de voiture : plage, port, rue piétonne, commerces, embarcadère pour l'île d'yeu... De plus, les propriétaires sont accueillants et à l'écoute, ce qui est aussi très appréciable ! Nous retournerons bien volontiers dans ce charmant appartement et le recommandons sans problème !
