Maison Roudoudou - Charmante maison à moins de 300m de la plage

We propose to you to the rent, in Saint-Germain-sur-Ay beach, this charming house completely redone in 2023 at less than 300 m of the beach, of a surface of approximately 28 m ² and being able to accomodate until 7 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 20 m² (with fireplace), an open kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 150 m². We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

Day space:
- A living room of 20 m² with TV, Wifi (optical fiber), fireplace (wood not provided), double sofa bed and dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine...

Night space:
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room with WC.
- Three single beds on the mezzanine (ideal for children).

Outside :
- A beautiful garden of about 150 m² and terrace to enjoy the beautiful days.
- A terrace exposed south-south west with 2 armchairs and a small table.
We provide a barbecue, garden furniture. A large wooden table is also available for breakfast, lunch and dinner outside. A garden hose is also available for the return from the beach.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Germain-sur-Ay beach, in a very pleasant environment and very close to the sea. You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation :
- You can park directly in the garden which is closed.
- Nearest train station : Coutances (33 min).
- Nearest airport: Caen (1h 27 min) or Rennes (2h 14 min).

Other remarks :
- Free wifi available (fiber optic).
- The fireplace with insert (wood not provided).
- Animals accepted on request, for a supplement of 15€/stay (only one animal accepted), thank you to specify it at the reservation.
- Sheets and towels not provided.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving the apartment in a clean and tidy condition and for cleaning the household appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
