Great benefits in this space of 80 square meters, south and west openings, a south-facing terrace, a summer dining room and a garden with trees for you alone, in a relaxing environment, a beautiful Charentais heritage (church visible from gîte), all shops within 500 meters, pretty roads along the Gironde estuary for varied excursions, and proximity to the beaches of Meschers and Royan (35 minutes). The gîte is fully accessible for disabled people. It consists of a free kitchen-living-space with a stove, then a master suite with bathroom overlooking the garden, and a child's bedroom also with bathroom with window also on the garden.
Kitchen equipment: sink with mixer, induction hob with cookware, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, extractor, mixer, mixer, toaster, coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle, dishes, washing machine and dryer -clothes, hair dryer, garden furniture. The adult bed is 140, the two children's beds 90. The television is flat screen, stereo, internet access, CD and DVD player, VCR and choice of magazines, cassettes, CDs and DVDs.

Großartig! Sehr stilvoll eingerichtete Gite mit großem Charmefaktor

Noch besser als durch den telefonischen Vorkontakt bereits vermutet. Sehr liebevolles Gastgeberpaar, Yves & Madeleine. Interieur: "tres mignon", wie man in Frankreich sagt. Alles da, was man zum Kochen braucht. Gut, ein scharfes großes Messer ist für Leute wie mich immer ein "must", aber für normale Bedürfnisse ist alles parat: Kühlschrank, Kochfelder, Backofen, Wasserkocher sowie Kaffee- und Espresseomaschiner, nebst Waschmaschine. Aaber das beschreibt nur im technischen Sinn das Wohlfühlgefühl an diesem kleinen Zauberirt mit eugenem Garten und Bilck auf die imposante Kirche (gerade Restauration). Grandios!!!

Excellent séjour dans ce charmant gîte

Ce gite est un vrai petit cocon dans lequel on se sent vraiment très bien. Idéal pour une famille de 2 enfants. En plus d’être confortable et décoré avec goût, il est très bien équipé, les propriétaires sont adorables, discrets mais disponibles. Le jardin ombragé est très agréable et les équipements extérieurs ne manquent pas. Idéalement situé dans une région riche de balades, de découvertes culturelles pour petits et grands et non loin des plages.

Séjour au top en plein coeur de l'hiver

Nous ne pouvons que recommander chaudement ce très beau gîte qui nous a comblés pendant ce petit séjour de deux nuits : bien équipé, décoré avec goût, très confortable, et à la propreté irréprochable. Étant donné la saison (et le temps!) nous n'avons pas pu profiter du jardin mais pouvons aisément imaginer à quel point il doit être agréable l'été de s'y prélasser ou d'y déjeuner. La vue sur l'église et le poêle à bois sont de vrais plus. Merci à Madeleine et à son mari qui ont été aux petits soins. Meilleurs vœux à tous les deux et caresses au petit chat de notre part !

Vacances idéales

Nous cherchions un endroit agréable pour nous reposer et d'où arpenter la région. Nous avons trouvé plus que ce que nous cherchions. ! Le gîte est parfait (original, décoré avec goût, très propre, doté d'un jardin pour se relaxer et manger dehors) et très bien situé dans la région entre nature, villes et villages qui valent le détour. Bref nous avons été charmés par la région et le gîte qui a répondu à toutes nos attentes et même bien plus plus !

Cette petite maison à plein pied était spacieux (pour nous deux)propre et très confortable, dans un village charmant et calm. La cour et le jardin, (ancien cerisier et vue sur l'église) sont les vrais plus pour apprécier le beau temps. On a envie de retourner. Merci!

Maison de vacance irreprochable

On a eu un séjour très agréable. Une maison luxueux, tout de haute qualité. Un vaste jardin, aménagé avec amour et du goût. Les propriétaires étaient très aimables et aidaient où et quand possible.
