Direct access to the beach. Private parking. Very quiet environment and large shared garden very suitable for families with children. .The town can be reached on foot (5 minutes).Pets not allowed. No smoking inside. Berth available in the residence's private marina at a cost of 180 euros per week. Linen not supplied, it can be rented on site at a cost of 75 euros per week. Great location
Nice peaceful apartment a stones throw from the sandy beach, would be ideal for children as the sea is shallow and sandy underfoot. The apartment is simple but has everything you need. Another fan would have been good as it was quite hot at night even with all the windows open to let the breeze through. There's a big leclerk supermarket about 5 minutes drive away towards Oletta, handy to stock up as there was no toilet paper or any salt/pepper etc in the apartment. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the gardens and marina and watching the daily boules contests. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again

Emplacement idéal
Appartement dans une résidence, à 50 mètres de la mer, accessible par un petit chemin. Accès au port et au village en 5 minutes à pied par une passerelle. Idéalement situé Appartement spacieux, très bien équipé. Mauvaise isolation phonique. Possibilité de louer le linge: très cher (75 euros + 10 euros de livraison), linge livré dans un grand sac, les lits ne sont pas fait (pour le prix, c'est décevant)
