Good clean quiet hotel near the train station. Close to the amenities of Saint Etienne but good restaurants are a walk away.

A practical Hotel
Convenient Location, good Breakfast, the staff is helpful, it's quite correct. it already needs some renovation, but good value for money. just needs more atention with reservations, as I booked a non smoking room and at first they gave me a smoking room. but very promptly found another room.
