The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in the heart of the Garde district, in a very pleasant environment, much sought-after for its beautiful residences and wooded character. The Pointe de la Garde, just a 3-minute walk away, offers one of Saint-Cast's finest panoramas. You'll be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- The sailing school is just a few meters away and the tennis club is a 5-minute walk away. A golf course is just a 5-minute drive away, as is the accrobranche (tree climbing) adventure park, which both young and old will enjoy. Not to mention the superb walks along the seafront or the GR34, which will take you from one beach to the next (the resort has six beaches).

Nearby, not-to-be-missed stops on the Emerald Coast:
- Cap Fréhel, to the west, a listed bird sanctuary, whose cliffs tower 70 meters above the sea.
- Nearby, take the time to visit Fort la Latte, built in the 14th century on a rocky cape, majestically overlooking the sea.
- A former corsair town, the fortified city of Saint-Malo has preserved its magnificent ramparts and offers a splendid panorama of the sea. Excursions to the Chausey and Channel Islands are also possible. While a tour of the ramparts is a must, the city of Robert Surcouf and Jacques Cartier will charm you with its picturesque cobbled streets, rich shipowners' houses and castle.
- Walkers and cyclists can follow the signposted route through the Rance valley, where mills, malouinières and fishing villages punctuate the landscape.
- Another not-to-be-missed stopover is the famous seaside resort of Dinard, which has preserved some magnificent villas from its Belle Époque past: the Clair de Lune promenade or the Malouine promenade will show you some of them.
- Among other destinations, the seaside resorts of Saint-Briac, Saint-Lunaire and Saint-Jacut are less than 30 minutes away, as are Erquy and Les Sables d'Or. Inland, Dinan, Plancoët and Lamballe abound with sightseeing opportunities.

Bonjour, Notre séjour c'est très bien passé. A notre arrivée, nous avons rencontré la concierge qui s'occupe du logement. Nous sommes rentrés dans le logement et il y avait une forte odeur de poisson pour lequel nous avons dû aérée pendant deux jours en achetant un produit assainissant. Les toilettes étaient sales, le sol n'était pas propre et la cuvette des WC était pleine d'urine. La poubelle de la cuisine n'était pas nettoyé. Nous n'avons pas pu la voir à notre départ car elle était occupé pour d'autres logements ce qui est très dommage car j'aurais pu lui faire la remarque sur les petits inconvénients que nous avons constatés.
