Located 5 min from the center of Neuchâtel, our Soleil House in Saint Blaise provides everything for a slow living experience, steps away from city life.
Sunny, beautifully furnished, and equipped with fast wifi, smart TVs, Sonos sound system and many more modern amenities. You’ll enjoy waking up by the lake, having a laidback brunch in the sun, relaxing on the balcony with a glass of wine after a day of exploration (or doing nothing).
Our apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Master bedroom has a 160x200cm bed, a large wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Guest bedroom has a 160x200cm bed, wardrobe and storage space, a 32" smart TV on stand, a desk and a chair. The bed can be transformed into a daybed to make the room an office/relaxing room, if you have only 2 people. A folding bed 90x200cm with foam mattress can be provided on demand. A travel baby crib 70x140cm with mattress can be provided on demand.
In the open kitchen, you'll find large counter spaces, a lot of storage space, ZUG steamer, oven, microwave, stovetop, a large fridge, and a dishwasher.
There's a laundry room next to the kitchen with ZUG washer and dryer.
The enormous balcony facing the lake is accessible from all rooms (2 bedrooms and open plan living area).
Well trained dogs (2 max) are welcomed, with pet fee applied.
There is a dedicated parking spot for the apartment.Saint Blaise train station is right behind the building. It'll take you to Neuchatel city center in 5 minutes. Supermarket is 7-min walk away.There are many lovely local restaurants within walking distance.
