Our room was dirty especially bathroom, floor and dusty furnitures. Front desk wasn't welcoming. Breakfast is not good, coffee taste was bad. Pancakes were too small and pastries weren't fresh.

We were there on time to check in and the man at the check in desk told us he would come get us and let us know when our room was ready. Tons of people arrived after us were checked into our rooms. The worker at the check in never came to get us and we were forced to check in over an half hour pasted our check in time. An entire lobby of people there after us were checked in first. Also, when we finally got our room, there were weird reddish brown stains on the blinds that we had to asked to be cleaned. They also gave us a noisy room right behind the pool room. Next time we come back to Frankenmuth, we will definitely not be staying here.

By main street and so everything was walkable. Staff were nice. Unfortunately, the room next to us have kids that ran around til 11pm and we could hear thuds and thumps even with ear plugs on. The room was clean but obviously getting a little older. Been to different Holiday inns so I could compare. Overall, a nice stay.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn in Frankenmuth started off well, thanks to the friendly and welcoming front desk staff. However, our experience with the breakfast staff significantly brought down the overall impression. On the morning of checkout, I asked one staff member (Caucasian lady) if there was more coffee available. She didn’t acknowledge me or respond—she simply grabbed the coffee canister to change it. When I said "thank you," she continued to ignore me. Similarly, my mother-in-law asked another staff member (darker-skinned lady) for a couple of basic items and was met with rude responses and even eye-rolling. It’s shocking to feel like a burden for asking for essentials like utensils, which is, after all, part of their job. The hotel amenities were fine, but the rooms and common areas feel outdated and could use a refresh to bring them in line with modern standards. While the friendly front desk staff made the check-in experience pleasant, the poor service from the breakfast team left a bad taste. What could have been a 4-star stay unfortunately drops to a 3-star rating due to these incidents.

Frankenmuth.
Room was nice and clean. The location j was t fond of because I was right across from the pool and the noice was a little bit much. Also our bathroom like had no heat and it was freezing cold in there. Breakfast was nice service was nice also.
