Great stay
When I went to check in, my reservation could not be found. The afternoon shift supv took care of the situation promptly, repeatedly apologizing. She was awesome and I walked away laughing. Everything was great, breakfast was delicious.

Hotel was neat and clean. In convenient walking distance from many attractions. Challanges were that our room was missing some necessities such as hand soap was empty, and no pillows, blankets, or sheets in the room for the fold out coach. When we called down for room service, they had no one to run stuff up, we had to go To desk to get ourselves. Very small elevator was also a challenge with having to wait on a busy holiday weekend, the hotel was packed. Our luggage cart had at least one bad wheel on it making it hard to maneuver as well.

The staff at the front desk were very nice. The lobby and outside looked great. Our rooms were not cleaned properly though. There was crumbs on the floor, a rubber glove under the vanity, mold or mildew in the corners of the handicap shower, and hair on the bathroom floor still.

It was close to everything to where we could walk to it and yet if we wanted to drive, there were spots for us to park the car. Staff is friendly and the hotel is clean. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it looked wonderful, but we were able to do the breakfast and that was enjoyable and free too.
