Friendly and polite staff! Great location near everything. The rooms were very clean but in rough shape. Cracks poorly filled in the ceiling and walls. Uneven floor, squishing and creaking. The bed was inconsistent neither hard or soft throughout. And noisy… poorly insulated room. This recent IHG hotel experience will have me consider other hotels next time.

The room was not cleaned very well, had to wipe everything down myself. Hairs on the toilet etc. The parking lot was a mess with snow that had fallen a day before i even arrived. Hotel was very lax when it came to cleanliness and safety. I won't stay there again.

Check in was very easy. We traveled with family and requested rooms together and they accommodated us. We were very thankful for that. My only complaint was the smell of the rooms. It smells musty or moldy. The rooms were otherwise very nice and comfortable.

Great location & welcoming service. Very clean. I’ve got a bad back & specifically requested a jet tub & paid extra for the suite. The jets did not work & no refund on the extra expense was offered due to the 3rd party reservation. Our room location was very loud right outside the swimming pool, elevator, & gym. The walls were thin & offered little protection from the noise. It was loud! Nice hotel, but a poor individual experience.

Our room was dirty especially bathroom, floor and dusty furnitures. Front desk wasn't welcoming. Breakfast is not good, coffee taste was bad. Pancakes were too small and pastries weren't fresh.
