I liked the fact that two large strip malls were within easy walking distance for any items wanted or needed at a moment's notice. The property is easily accessible to the town's main shopping avenue. I regret that the actual hotel is largely concealed by the surrounding properties.

Overall I was pleased with my stay with the exception that I paid for a King bed and received 2 queens as no rooms were available and I booked well in advance. The hotel was unable to refund me the difference as I had booked through Expedia.

We arrived and checked in. Only two be greeted by a man spraying for bugs. It was a red flag but we were told that it was just four spiders and potential bugs coming in to the main doors. We proceeded to our room which was cleaned but definitely rushed. We proceeded to set up our things and check the beds. The beds were brand new but on one of the mattresses underneath the protective cover had a whole bunch of black plastic shavings. Looked like they had built some of the new furniture and never cleaned the actual mattress off. The room that we were staying in had some upwards done to it. However, the new tile that they had just installed in the bathroom most of the grout was already popping up and made it very sharp. The countertop in the bathroom had not been wiped down and there was markings on the countertop underneath her towels that I believe was trying to be hidden. There was electrical that was half done or poorly put back together. We decided to check out the pool. That was a complete disaster. The ceiling was all bubbled. All the paint was peeling. Massive pieces of plaster were missing from walls and ceiling tile's head some build up on them that was very sticky. Once we seen the black mold on the other part of the ceiling where a patch repair had tried to be completed, we were out. Would not recommend this location at all. Spend the extra go to an ice hotel. The parking lot is being used for their renovations inside so limited parking as well.

They were remodeling so cleanlyness was not what it would be when the project is done. Room was clean. Shower fan did not work. Elevator needed to be vacuumed. Breakfast was very good. Staff did a good job at counter and in breakfast area.
