It was a scam. Fraud Hotels.com took the payment but the hotel claimed thay are not even of the Hotels.com platform

Very lovely spot to recharge and relax. Staff was almost universally friendly and helpful. The resort is built on the side of the hill so there is a lot of walking up and down hills to get to the various parts if the resort
