Dear Paul . We have wonderful staff that work very hard and try to provide the cleanest rooms possible and most friendly customer service , we apologize if we overlooked anything and will correct it. The hotel as to rates is generally perceived by guests as giving value regarding pricing/amenities provided and also in comparison to other hotels in the area. Take Care
