We've stayed here a number of times over the years. Staff is remarkably friendly. Fair breakfast. Even has a Tuesday social, which we missed but have been to it before. Nice touch with wine and light foods. Anyway, a very pleasant place to stay.

Room 431 is a nice unit and spacious with all the amenities. However, the toilet was backing up every flush. I notified front desk and the Red Head Female didn’t seem too concerned and offered to have maintenance come the following day when I was scheduled to check out. I asked if she could provide a plunger and she said yes and could come down to front desk to pick it up. I mentioned I had a broken toe and if could please bring the plunger to my room…she said, she would “make a one time exception”. I’ll let who reads this make a judgement on her response.

Not an amazing experience.
We were unable to secure an early check-in, despite calling very early. The sofa bed was broken, rendering both the bed and the sofa uncomfortable. The staff were reasonably empathetic, but unable to fix the problem due to occupancy and not having a roll-away cot, and no price adjustment was made. The sofa bed was required, there were 5 of us. The chaise lounge portion had something nasty spilled under the cushion. The actual beds were fine. Breakfast was typical.
