The Internet was very slow and lost connection a bunch. They also have the adult sites blocked which i guess would be fine if i had kids but I'm an adult and i don't need anyone blocking content i want to look at.

AC on in my first room was blowing out air that was warmish, top sheet used as a bottom sheet, 1970’s (?) decor. Staff gave me another room with much better AC, same decor, two different colors of toothpaste in the sink/countertop. Next time I’ll spend the addtl $20-30 for a better room in a more convenient location.

Rude check in, fire alarm went off before 5am, sat outside with no instruction for over two hours until the alarm went off (there was smoke or possibly fire in our building) but no instructions or information given. Asked for an additional 2 hours late check out to catch up on missed sleep and told the room where the fire happened isn’t part of the hotel (even though all hotel rooms on our building were affected by alarm and lights flashing for hours). Told we could have an extra hour or pay $50 for two additional hours. WHAT?!?!
