If you’re going to a festival at discovery Park, I do not recommend this place even though it’s super close. There was blood stains on the walls, cold water all four nights, weird stains on the bed, homeless/litter everywhere and after staying there for four nights ,on my final night .. the folks in the front desk tried to charge me $20 per night for parking ( total of $100,. EVEN THO THEY GAVE ME A SLIP OF PAPER DURING CHECK IN THAT SAYS FREE PARKING FOR YOUR WHOLE STAY) total scam. Had to call my bank to decline that $100 parking fee. Never staying here again. Was very close to suing but not worth my time. Hope you guys find this review helpful & lol at these rates, not even Vegas you guys. Jesus.

Don't do early check in or pre registration they will pull extra money out of your checking or credit account. There were tweakers in and out of the area. Towels and blankets were stained.

By far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Our room reeked of cigarette smoke. Just felt so dirty as soon as we walked in. The showers run out of hot water after 5 mins, the toilet barely flushes. Not to mention the property is soooo run down! The pictures listed on their website must have been when they first built it because it looks nothing like the pictures. So many homeless people hanging around and in the dumpsters. The elevators smelled like piss! If I could give this place a zero I would. The staff was ok. They were not rude or anything, but could take some courses on customer service. No smiles, looks like they hated being there as much as we did. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Gross is an understatement!!!!
