I like the staff very friendly. I don't like that in every single building people are smoking. It's not good specially for our children. I went to the office many times to rescan our keycard to open our door . Please fix the door its not safe.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at there was a cockroach in the bathroom and there was a stranger knocking at the door. There was no security.felt very unsafe

Excellent check in with Gurpeet and Saiyam, super welcoming, thank you! The rooms are great, they are really comfi, hot water, wall heater control, clean white sheets, many channels to watch, mini fridge and microwave, nice and clean king size bed. They have breakfast 6 to 9 and there is a gym by the breakfast area, so you can burn off the waffles quick. I read reviews the place is in a bad area, but really almost all Sacramento is like this. This hotel has a security guard hidden in a car during the night, and there is also a security guard in the morning by the breakfast area, that is a plus. The gym is a plus. The microwave is a plus. The mini fridge is a plus. The breakfast area by Daisy and Elvira is spectacular, and they are so helpful & kind. La señora Lili, Caridad, Renata, Elisa and Andrea in the rooms very educated and fast response when I needed clean towels or coffee. They have a message available line for customers after bookings, so by the time I get there, they know I’m coming and they text me, to let me know, that they are waiting for me. That is a plus to me 10/10. I extend my appreciation to Mr Pranesh Rajput, for having such a great team, that made my stay throughout this year so comfortable. Mr Ragusa in 202.

In a great location. The shower was good. Warm water. Area is not safe. A lot of home less and man was living in his car outside my room. Fitness center smells like it hasn’t been vacuumed. Dusty, felt itchy. No bed bugs.

This was the second worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The rooms are horribly misrepresented inn the online photos, the hotel is grungy, the room smelled of cigarettes, the room was not clean, there were hairs from the previous guests on the sheets, one of the beds had a stain on it. One bed was hard as a rock, and the other sank so bad, that my 130lb son felt more comfortable sleeping on the floor. Even though it was raining there was a homeless problem on premises. The parking lot is dimly lit, leaving a sense that my car was not safe. If I had the extra money I would have left and stayed anywhere else. ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!

it was clean not noisy! The best thing was they brought back breakfast with a waffle machine right there bread muffins so you get your fiber. So your ready for the morning .I was comfortable

If you want street comfort from the street this is the place for you. Street snacks, street people all around. This hotel is busted and has roaches, inside and out.
