I needed a hotel close to the airport with shuttle service at all hours. This was perfect!! The staff were wonderful, the H Bar served a delicious sandwich for a quick supper, and the bed was very comfortable. The shuttle took me to the airport at 4 am and I was there in 10 minutes- couldn’t ask for anything more!!

It was perfect. From the shuttle driver picking us up at 12:30 in the morning. Taking us back safely to the hotel. And then another shuttle driver taking me over to get my rental car in the morning. The service was fantastic. The staff was fantastic. There was nothing even to remotely say anything negative about. Wonderful I will definitely use this hotel again.

We were given a room that was not cleaned. There was food on the floor, dirty dishes in the cupboard. We changed the sheets ourselves after requesting new ones. We did not change rooms since the kids were already asleep. The next morning, I spoke with Linda at the front desk who supposedly put in a request for a full cleaning. When we returned in the evening, the room was not cleaned at all. When we spoke with front desk again, we were told to email the manager who is not on site.

It was a couples NY’s Eve trip. I love the location & room however, TV channels were limited ( unless you want to pay for a movie) not to mention the channels they did provide were not current with what was on that channel. Channels were scrambled. Horrible. Coffee was terrible in the room. Even the free breakfast they offered with the fresh coffee they serviced was not good. They don’t even have flavored coffee.

Stayed on the first floor which was really close to the front entrance not the most ideal spot since it was new years and there were people close by you could hear what was happening outside. Asked to switch room and front desk had no issue with change. Check out states 11am but when I reserved the hotel it states 12pm so a little confused there.
