The staff are so accommodating and helpful the beds and pillows are amazing. The free breakfast was awesome and the scrambled eggs were better than my own. I will stay here again

Property was kept up, the rooms were decent size clean and passed the black light test. šŸ˜ Bed was very firm, donā€™t really like a super firm mattress but it did the job. A few problems with my room keys so that was irritating. šŸ˜– Breakfastā€¦ eh, it was okā€¦ they were a little cheap on that, what? no potatoes or bacon? Common šŸ™„

The hotel has a no dog policy! We checked in with our little dog. Nothing was said as we brought our little dog in, The staff clerk said nothing. She never looked up! At 9:00pm the staff clerk said we would have to leave, because they donā€™t allow dogs. We should gave been told, We signed the policy without reading like most of us do. We had to drive 140 miles lback home late at night. We are good customer of Expedia. I think Expedia should offer is a credit for one of our stays! -Larry

Loved The Pillows
The room was lovely and very comfortable. Unfortunately there was a problem with the TV and/or remote, so no sound on TV. Desk clerk came up to trouble shoot and with a new remote. Sound came back on. Next morning, no sound. ā˜¹ļø. Overall, felt safe snd confortable. Loved the soft pillows!

The property is in a good location, close (over the freeway) to the Galleria and Fountains Malls. The hotel is in good condition, but the room needs some updating (peeling paint on the windowsill).
