Parking fee is a joke, we spent enough on the room and still got charged for parking in a empty parking lot. Tourism fee at a Holiday Inn Express makes no sense as it’s one step above a bottom line hotel. Whatever fee you think you are getting charged make sure you account for an extra $500……10 out of 10 would never recommend this hotel for the price you get charged

This is a really nice place to stay with very nice staff. Everything was very clean and modern. The bed was great as well as different size pillows! It was the best price in the area and we were really surprised on how nice it was. They offered everything for breakfast with a pancake maker that drops the batter and rolls along a baking line and drops out the end, that was super cool! Stay here, you will not be disappointed and we will stay here every time we come to Sacramento. Thank You

What a great check-in experience. My daughter is in the Sac State University Nursing Program and after her classes we were able to check-in early which allowed her to study in a quiet environment, as she had to be back to the university by 5:45 A.M. the next day. Most hotels don’t let you check-in until the posted time no matter what. What great customer service provided by the young lady at the front desk. To avoid the 60 mile drive from home to Sacramento in this case again we will always choose this Holiday Inn Express!!!!

Room was great. Bathroom floor was a bit dirty. Not sweeped/moped correctly. The worse part was the water pressure in the shower. Otherwise would be perfect.
