The front desk staff displayed contrasting service levels. The morning representative was exceptionally helpful and courteous, whereas the afternoon staff member appeared unhappy and struggled with decision-making. When inquiring about temporarily storing my luggage for an hour while returning the car rental and heading to the airport, she was unwilling to assist without consulting her manager, demonstrating inadequate customer relation skills and leaving the guest unsatisfied.

Our stay was excellent. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They allowed us an early check-in & late check-out. The free breakfast was excellent and the host went the extra mile making sure that everyone had what they needed. I applogize for not remembering her name. She is Such a sweetheart!

We were only there for the night but the room was comfortable. We had 2 queen beds, they were quite soft. The breakfast was good and quite filling. Would stay there again.

The hotel was just renovated. Everything is in good condition. Beds are comfortable and sheets are clean. Friendly staffs. Like the hot coffee and tea in the lobby.
