For the most part the room was clean however we didn't have a light over the sink which made it hard for those who need that extra light due to poor vision. The hot water in the shower was ice cold the first day. The front desk sent a request for maintenance to fix. The problem was fixed but you still had to wait for 5 minutes for the water to get hot and it turned cold again after 5 minutes in the shower.

I called the week before check in to ask about a crib for our one year old and guest service rep said there would be an additional charge, even though Expedia listed cribs as free. When I called on the day of our reservation, everyone was helpful, there was a crib in our room and we were able to check in an hour early. Breakfast had great variety and the entire staff while we were there was friendly. We weren’t able to get hot water in our bathroom, which was unfortunate. To be fair, I didn’t ask to change rooms at that point since we already had everything setup with our little one

Our flight was delayed and we did not arrive at the hotel until 2:30am. There was no one at the front desk. We waited almost 45 mins to an hour. Our room stink like smoke and we had to switch roims.
